I’ve been using Restrap products for years now. The quality and the slick look of the bags keep bringing me back. I’ve used them for month long tours, the occasional weekender and have always had confidence the products will protect my gear without fail. Highly recommend!!

I first put my Restrap bags to the test on a 7,000 km bikepacking journey across Europe, carrying everything I needed for four months on the road. They performed flawlessly, and years and thousands of kilometres later, they're still going strong.

What impresses me most is the quality and durability. The bags hold their shape, the materials show remarkably little wear, and the construction continues to withstand everything from everyday rides to demanding adventures. I also love the versatility of the range, from bags and racks to backpacks, making it easy to build a setup for anything from long bikepacking trips to fast gravel races.

Restrap keeps coming up with great new products, and they make the most of every scrap of material along the way, giving us things we didn’t realise we needed. I’ve visited the factory and met the team, so I trust what they make. I’ve been using a range of the packs for just over a year now , and I'm always impressed by the ways they slot onto my frame, with zero rub or movement. I’m confident I’ll find a use for everything they make and wont be making any changes soon!

I've been on Restrap bags for the last three years now and in that time I have cycled over 50,000km with them, everything from fully loaded touring through South America, Bikepacking racing and daily training with a top tube pouch. The products are well thought out and designed to last. My favourite product is likely the custom frame bags, the process making a template and then tracing it onto the grid is super easy and the lead times for receiving the bag are much quicker than any other brand that I have used!

We have been using Restrap for our full touring/bikepacking setup for the last 5000km of cycling.
Between being drenched in the Alps, roughed around on Albanian gravel and hours of daily abuse, we have not one bad word to say about them.

I recently took part in the inaugural Taurus Mountain Race and it was my first race using Restrap bags. I used the Race Top Tube Bag (Short), a Custom Framebag, Canister Bag, Race Saddlebag, Downtube Bag, and Rolltop Hydration Vest. Despite the race being canceled partway through, the first half provided the best gear test I've ever experienced, with torrential rain, sticky peanut butter mud, and gale force winds. While other rider's gear around me was failing, all of my bags continued working exactly as they should. My gear was kept waterproof, zips continued to work and everything stayed in place on the bike. These races are challenging enough without having to worry about my gear, so thanks to Restrap for ensuring that I don't!

If you're looking for well thought, well designed and extremely durable products, don't look further. Every Restrap bag I own is a trusty companion. Adventures taste better with those brilliant pieces of kit.

The team at Restrap go above and beyond, from hand made equipment to easy to follow “How To” videos on their YouTube, endless quality, endless support, constantly developing products to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Excellent race bags and superb custom frame bags. Customer service is excellent, and I particularly appreciate their repair-first approach. Being UK-based and willing to repair rather than simply replace products is a big plus. Highly recommended.

I’ve used Restrap equipment for all of my bikepacking trips and ultra races over the past two years (including the 3-4 months I've spent in arctic conditions) and I’ve always been impressed.

I’ve been using Restrap bags since 2016. They are true to their word about lifetime guarantee and whenever I’ve needed a repair they’ve done an excellent job and no questions asked. For a small outfit they make some top tier products - particularly their hydration vest and larger roll top vest, are the best I’ve used and I use them for a variety of non-cycling activities too. I love the commitment to uk manufacturing which feels rare these days

Restrap products are phenomenal - excellent craftsmanship and all built in the U.K.. This team is truly committed to who they serve - athletes, adventurers, weekend warriors and commuters alike. My top tube bag sees about 20,000km a year and is still in top shape.

I’ve been using Restrap products for around 8 years now never hesitate to recommend them to friends. Everything is well thought through, practical and well made. The fact it’s all manufactured in the UK is a bonus too.

Great brand made up of great people making great products.

I bought a pair of QUOC x Restrap bikepacking sandals, and after less than a month of use the soles were already badly cracked and deteriorated. That’s an unacceptably short lifespan for footwear of this kind and price.

When I contacted customer support, the response felt defensive and dismissive rather than like a genuine attempt to understand or resolve the problem. I said I had used the sandals for around 30 days or less, but the agent countered that the “potential period of use” was about 50 days, seemingly using that estimate to imply I had understated how long I’d worn them. I was travelling during part of that period and didn’t take the sandals with me, so they were not in use for 50 days. The agent also said they were designed to be worn for only a few hours on bikepacking trips, perhaps two or three times a year. If that is genuinely the intended use, it seems wasteful and environmentally irresponsible to make and sell footwear that customers are expected to use for only a handful of hours a year—especially when the soles deteriorate so quickly with more regular use.

The response also contained contradictory dates. It said my order was placed on 14 August and delivered on 24 October, “six working days later”—a timeline that plainly doesn’t add up. I did not receive the sandals on 24 October, and the delivery took longer than expected.

Restrap refused a refund, saying the wear was cosmetic and the sandals remained functional. They also said the model had been discontinued and they had no stock available for a replacement. The fact that the sandals are still partly usable doesn’t change how quickly the soles deteriorated, and the lack of stock doesn’t resolve the problem.

Restrap’s website prominently advertises a lifetime guarantee, which gave me the impression that the brand stands behind the durability of its products. However, the warranty terms exclude footwear, and the product listing states that these sandals are covered by a limited two-year warranty instead. That distinction was not clear to me when I bought them, and it makes the lifetime-guarantee message feel misleading in this case.

Combined with the rapid deterioration and the defensive response to my complaint, this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in Restrap and QUOC. I wouldn’t buy from or recommend either brand again.

I use restrap bags and am delighted. I recently had cause to contact customer services and was massively impressed by them. Highly recommend.

I do like the Restrap Products, especially the Straps. This is how "my love" started. I used them for my bike, before also starting to use them for my photographic equipment (Stands and Tripods, such things).

Yes, the products are a bit more expensive. But: they are so much better and feel so much better than everything else.

I just ordered new Restrap Straps, only a small set of orange ones - and sadly the packaging arrived damaged, and there were stains on the product.

The straps were still usable, but I reached out to the customer service to let them know – it is a premium product in the end.

Within like 10 minutes I had both a reply as well as new – free – straps on the way! This was really more than expected, even from a premium brand. If all user experiences would be like this!

Très déçu par Restrap et par la qualité de leurs Rack Straps.

Le produit est pourtant annoncé avec une garantie à vie, mais les anneaux en caoutchouc se sont cassés. Après une première prise en charge par le SAV, le produit m’a été retourné après réparation… et les anneaux ont de nouveau cassé.

Quand une même pièce casse à nouveau après une intervention du SAV, il est difficile de ne pas s'interroger sur la qualité et la conception de cette pièce. Les anneaux en caoutchouc me semblent manifestement trop fragiles pour l'utilisation à laquelle ces sangles sont destinées.

Ce qui est particulièrement décevant, c'est que malgré cette nouvelle casse et malgré la garantie à vie annoncée par Restrap, il faut insister et attendre pour obtenir une véritable solution.

J'attendais d'une marque comme Restrap une prise en charge à la hauteur de ses engagements et surtout une solution durable, plutôt qu'une nouvelle réparation d'une pièce qui semble présenter un problème récurrent.

Très mauvaise expérience avec le produit et avec la gestion de la garantie. Une garantie à vie n'a de valeur que si elle est réellement assumée par le fabricant.

This weekend, 3 friends and I completed the King Alfred’s Way. All of us used the 14l saddle bag, and we had an assortment of additional bags too including the race small top tube bag, race 7l bar bag, medium frame bag and regular top tube bag.

I wanted to share how amazingly well the products all performed. The saddle bag in particular is incredible - despite an incredibly bumpy ride over 4 days, you would not even know it was there – which is ideal. All the other units stood up to the rigorous conditions perfectly. The whole group was extremely impressed. Thanks for putting together incredibly well made products – and great they are made in the UK too.
