Tayla, Missy and Laycee were super helpful with multiple orders I had for hardware and a custom tap. I had to swap some items and it was no trouble at all. They did their best to source me photos of items in real life to help with my choices. Great products and fantastic customer service. I've been dealing with Rachael who has been super friendly and kept me up to date on my order. I ordered a couple of deadbolts and had an issue with installation to replace an existing bolt. The manufacturer's instructions were more for trades rather than for DIY. I flagged this with Rachael, and she reached out to the manufacturer on my behalf who agreed to provide a replacement. Again, Rachael kept me up to date on the replacement and I received it really quickly. Really refreshing to deal with a company that provides a high level of customer service even after the purchase, and particularly when there's an issue with a product. Highly recommend and I'll definitely buy from them again.

Outstanding service! Not only did the team guide me on matching different finishes and styles together but they helped us through a shipping crisis with grace and understanding. Rachael was kind and calm and we ended up buying our entire bathroom fixtures from her. We will 100% be using Restoration Online for the rest of our Queenslander renovations.

I noticed some corrosion appearing on a bathroom spout I bought a little over a year ago, so advised Rachael at Restoration Online. She liaised with the supplier on my behalf and arranged for a replacement to be sent to me under warranty. The new part arrived today and is now installed. It took 8 days from the time I raised the issue to it being resolved - great service.

I ordered an item which was currently out of stock, and I was immediately informed by Missy that there was a supply problem (very common across the board these days). I was given an estimated wait time and offered a full and immediate refund if I chose not to wait. As the item was not urgent I said I would wait, and have been kept in the loop with regular notifications until the item arrived. I was then told when it was dispatched and able to track it’s safe delivery. Restoration Online provided prompt and personalised service and cared about my order even though it was a small one. I would highly recommend Missy and the team. Tops!
