Cannot get in touch with them
Tried for 2 hrs
Tried calling and sending e mails no response

I can't get hold of them. Did a will in 2020 also ipa's in 2022 and emailed them at the time. But since I can't get through ringing or emails, so what happens now to my will!!!

I have been trying for days to get hold of someone at Rest Assured with no joy. I phoned again this morning and held on for over an hour then the call dropped. I need to amend my will and I am now starting to think that the company has gone out of business.

I would love someone from Rest Assured to contact me urgently.

As expected, reviews can vary enormously. I can only recount my own experience. Early signs were positive, particularly with the representative who visited us personally in order to acquire LPAs - Lasting Power of Attorney. Payment was taken up front (mistake!) and from that point the process declined. It is now 2 and a half years later and following 4 abortive attempts and extra payments to the main office in Birmingham we do NOT have the documents. Phone calls and emails to Rest Assured go unanswered: they have given up and our money has been wasted. We would therefore give them ZERO stars if that were possible. A DISASTER.

Very understanding and always has time to talk. Dealt with Sean Patterson, he was brilliant. Kind, patient and understanding are skills he bought for the communication with me, always had time for me and made me feel at ease.

Unfortunatelly I had to leave this company due to the fact my manager being so unprofessional. She is the so called manager yet can not manage anything. I wrote letters, messages, emails with my complaint to her; in the hope that she would sort things out, but unfortunately she had the wrong attitude and gave me one reply and that was to bug off. That's how she and the company treats employees. It makes me wonder how do they deal with costumers?

A friend of mine started working there and after dealing with the arrogant woman around July 2020 she left. In such a short space of time we realised it was the same manager who made us both leave, Nicky Thompson. I apologise for mentioning names, however this matter Should be braught to light and make aware people aware of the company. I would think twice before applying for a job there, especially with this so called manager who is very unprofessional.

I couldn’t give this 5 stars because of an error in the process. The error was with Rest Assured but I had to pay to correct it. Otherwise the service was excellent.
