I have been using Resooma to split bills with my housemates and it has made our lives so much easier. We avoided the awkward bills conversations - it has all been handled automatically through the platform. It’s easy to use and saves so much time and hassle. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed.
The convenience of the service is great. They set you up with a monthly bill and all is done for you. Saves time and stress. However, I feel that even though we provided meter readings each month and paid each monthly bill even as it increased in cost due to higher usage in winter etc. there seemed to be a lot of disorganisation in the background. As though information was not being passed on thoroughly between Resooma, billing better and the energy companies. When getting in touch about the final bill, 4 months after our tenancy ended, which was quite a surprise, there was so much confusion and poor communication. We were left feeling very frustrated and confused. And even in the middle of me emailing about the Bill, they took the Bill without warning when they said they’d recalculate it. Instead of saving us money and time, it costed us more and caused us inconvenience. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Please improve your communication, collaboration, customer service, integrity, and answer your phone next time.

Resooma has very affordable student bills, with very little hassle. Support services are always available and very informative and kind. Monthly emails to remind us about submitting meter readings are very useful. I would definitely recommend to any students.

Absolutely Useless
Absolutely useless. Resooma cancelled our wifi even when we had paid all of our bills. They claim to have switched our energy provider even though British Gas say they are still supplying us. We are paying for a service that doesn't work. Further, there is no one at the company who can do anything when you try to call them.

Super easy to use
Super easy to use, enjoy that I can split everything with my housemates because I can’t track them all down during busy uni schedules. My WiFi came so quickly over summer in comparison to other providers, thanks 👊
Do not engage this Third Party Bills Provider
My daughter and 3 of her flatmates signed up to Resooma in the hope that it would make paying their utility bills easier. However the whole process is flawed, confusing and convoluted. When signing up to Resooma this triggers a switch to new suppliers and this is where the process falls apart. Resooma have partnered with Billings Better and neither party has taken ownership of the issues we have had. Resooma/Billings Better have failed to collect a DD payment in Sep and therefore the utility providers were not paid. Resooma have 'Receptionists' taking phone calls and promise a call back (which never materialises). Thankfully Billing Better do have advisors taking calls and finally today we made some progress, they have agreed to terminate their contract free of charge and refund money owed from the household wallet. The household with then take ownership of their accounts going forward. Whilst we have had a positive outcome today, it is has been a time consuming frustrating stressful experience.

Genuinely awful
Someone moved into a house on my road with a similar address and used this company to change their bills; the company erroneously changed all of my utility suppliers and have been utterly and completely useless in sorting it out. They are total clowns who have failed to give me any useful information whatsoever.
Energy cut out
Our energy was cut out of the house for 5 days due to resooma not doing it properly however the women who helped us- Elle- was amazing and was so so helpful, helped us until she knew it was completely sorted so she deserves a big mention and thank you!

Elle was incredible, she got us through a week of having no power and accommodated us and communicated throughout with us.

I dont even want to give one star. Daughter used them. After paying £1600 to them in one year only £300 passed to utilities. Complete con! Will be taking legal action. Eont deal with emails or calls !

Worst bills company ever.
Absolutely shocking service from resooma. Every time we’ve contacted they have “promised” that we’ll get passed on to someone that can help within 48 hours. Not a single call has been returned and we’ve been without Wi-Fi for over a month despite being forced to pay for it. Every time we call and click ‘ existing customer’ line it rings out however any other line gets put through straight away. The service fee that we’re being charged each month is an absolute joke considering no service has been provided. Stay away from using this company at all costs!!
AVOID | Second Review for ANOTHER ISSUE post tenancy.
I have had to reach out to TrustPilot for a second time now in order to actually get through to anyone to resolve my issue. It seems multiple people have had similar experiences and it seems the drastic improvements I was told about from my previous complaints have not been delivered upon which quite frankly doesn't at all surprise me.
I have now finished my tenancy (which ended in JUNE 2022) and have only now received a final bill summary (OCTOBER 2022)! As previously mentioned, we had issues with bills in the past so I phoned towards the end of the tenancy to check where we stood in regard to credit/debt as we were approaching the end of the tenancy. The agent told us that we were on track to reach a final bill of close to £0. It also gave me confidence as 2/4 of tenants moved out around a month before the end of the contract so bills were likely to be less if anything.
We received the bill which was incorrect, which was then later automatically corrected and sent out again via email. We reviewed the bill and it was higher than expected following our status to be on track to reach £0. I reviewed the readings stated and they didn't all match up with what we had provided. It also didn't state which unit of measurement used (although I'm assuming it is in KW/H).
I have phoned FOUR TIMES in the past 2 weeks now and the first two times I was promised a callback. The third time (Over a week and a half later) I tried to launch a complaint with a manager who I was told would call me back ASAP. To no surprise, they never called.
On my FOURTH ATTEMPT to contact the Resooma team I was told that it was on the system and that they don't know why nobody has called. They yet again said somebody would be in touch but this time also send a written message online.
At this point, I think if anyone is going to be paying out it will be Resooma in compensation for the lack of customer care and a vast amount of incompetence.
Stay away
Stay away if anything goes wrong it's borderline impossible to get in contact with them when I called them up and selected the option for existing billis customers the line immediately cuts out and I could only get through by choosing the option for landlords only then to be told they would give my information to the correct department and have them call me back in a few minutes and so far it's been 4 days and I'm starting to think they aren't gonna call me back this among many other issues we have had with them having only been with them for just over a month including having the WiFi cut off and told to pay a missed bill within 24 hours and then being told that they have no system in place to take payment before the direct debit is due so pay within 24 hours or we cut of your WiFi but also you literally can't pay for at least 3-7 days
