Residently have been great from the start - everything has been much easier than previous letting agents and to a much better standard. Renting in London has always felt like a landlords game whereas Residently have made it much more about the tenants.
The overall customer service was great, really attentive crew and all the steps of the renting process was super clear. We did have a couple of issue though, specially with the swiftness of the process (which I'm giving the benefit of the doubt because of the pandemic) and the handover of the apartment was not smooth, we had to go back and forth with the keys collection to be able to get in the apartment. Maybe if the handover was in person this issue could've prevented.
The Apartment was also not clean as promised and some snags were not fixed on handover day. These issues got fixed on the following week though, and the follow up from the apartment management was great on the app.
From the first enquire about the apartment to the collection of the keys it was very smooth. Excellent service very efficient. The most honest and reliable estate agents. Thank you for your help.
This was the first time we have tried to rent our property and we chose Residently as the agent due to their relatively low fees and strong online presence. The team was great. The photographer they used to take pictures of the place was excellent and the resulting images were really high quality. During 'lockdown' it was particularly useful for prospective tenants to be able to do a virtual tour and see the place in 3D.
During the process of showing viewers, the Residently team communicated with us really well and were always available to talk through issues and options with us. We're really happy with the tenants they found and so far the process has run smoothly. Thanks Residently.
I had posted a review with a 1star rating and am updating it to a 4 star one as over the last month, the team has been incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving concerns we have faced.
The staff at Residently London were excellent, in particular Jarrell & Selena.
Everything had gone to plan and then at the last minute the landlord (not residently) pulled out leaving us without a place to stay 2 days before we were due to move out. The team at residently worked very quickly to find multiple short term solutions to assist us in what was a difficult situation, which was above and beyond what I'd seen from any other agents.
Their online system works really well, and had everything gone to plan the process would have been seamless.

To be honest when I start the application process online I was not sure with who I am dealing and after two days I got a mail I need to pay a deposit and one month rent in advance was a bit tough but I make it everything went well and more than well all the staff are very helpful especially Harriet, Alex,Arman & all a big thank you to all of you good job I am so happy with my children at 19 Rayhouse Court thanks Anna

Residently are super efficient and quick to answer emails and keep in contact with. The staff members are lovely and kind. The lady Diana who I collected keys from was amazing and helped me move all my stuff in. Would definitely recommend Residently!
