Enquired on the weekend, got a call Monday morning and they were out that afternoon and sorted out my issue! Amazing service, and Andrew who carried out the work, well he was an absolute gem! Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Rescue Rod arrived on time, did an efficient and tidy job and as usual Pavel was polite and pleasant to deal with. No complaints at all.

Workmen arrived on site prompt and early to begin the work, they got the job done quickly and will leave the garden all raked out and tidy. The Director himself actually came round too and personally apologised for the miscommunication of no one coming the day before due to staff sickness and arranged for the trench in the front garden to be dug and shingled even though it hadn't been specified on the job requirement. Can tell he really cares about his company and providing a good customer experience and it isn't very often you would find the Director of the company himself willing to come out so I am very happy with the overall experience, job and the level of customer care so the 5 stars is well deserved. Thank you again.

This company was given the job of redirecting a kitchen waste pipe to replace a 1 1/2" steel pipe running under the house to a trap before going into an earthenware pipe leading to the main drain.
The new 4" pipe had to be laid running down the side of the property across the front lawn (using a mechanical digger) to a drain access chamber.
In 3 1/2 days the job was done in a most expert fashion - leaving the site each day tidy. The grass taken up was relaid as the pipework progressed. The men who did the job were polite and very approachable and clearly knew what they were doing.
The staff at head office were most helpful.
We engaged this company having seen their work at a neighbour's house who had a mains water leak. As with our situation you'd never know they had been.
Their plumber, Tim Baker of Dorset County Water engaged to connect up the pipework under the sink to the gully outside also did an excellent job.
This company comes highly recommended.
Though be warned demand for payment is likely to come before receipt of the invoice.

I had an interceptor replaced and a drain lined. Two crews turned up and worked together as one big team. They were later joined by another worker. I was amazed at how well they got on with each other and worked to support each other, it showed great team spirit. They were professional, skilled in their field of expertise, and extremely helpful in explaining that there was no leakage from the drains or interceptor. This was most reassuring. Also, they left my property in pristine condition. I give a big call out to Lee, Zac, Oscar, and the guy who cut out the patio slabs. I also give a call out to Brandon and Chris. Hugh thanks, guys.

My 85 year old mother has recently moved into a bungalow in Crossways, and was dismayed to discover a blocked drain. Having contacted Rescue Rod, she was reassured that someone would be out within the hour, and sure enough, that turned out to be the case. Very impressive. A very pleasant young man called Zac assessed the problem and then dealt with it speedily and courteously - we particularly appreciated the fact that he disinfected the whole area that had become clogged up afterwards. It was almost worth having a blocked drain to receive such excellent service. We would particularly like to thank Zac for his excellent customer service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use your firm again.

The Team of 3 people sent to our home were absolutely brilliant.

They were clearly very experienced and worked quickly and effectively throughout the day from when they arrived around 8am to when they finished around 4pm.

They also took the time to explain what they were doing (whenever we asked) and this was very reassuring. Plus they tidied up afterwards.

The job turned out to be far more involved than anticipated. Not to be defeated the team formed a plan of action and got stuck in! A lot more very physical groundwork by hand plus it rained all day. Could not fault the attitude, the work & the clean-up/finish. Highly recommended, true specialists.

May I congratulate and thank Rescue Rod for turning out so quickly to attend to a leak between two flats where I am the manager. Excellent service and reminds me why we use them, not just for blocked drains.

Just had our incoming water main renewed and upgraded, at the same time our drainage interceptor was removed and our drainage upgraded.
Our first contact was with Jason who oversaw everything and made sure we were totally satisfied. He and the crew who carried out the works are great ambassadors for this business.
The work was carried out very efficiently with no fuss, very tidy and left our home as they found it, we are very pleased.

A big thank you to Chris from Rescue Rod who successfully cleared my surface water drain of roots in about 20mins. He has the right equipment to do the job. Very professional and highly recommended. Thank you 😊

Had a problem with my Mains Water supply. They came out the same day to inspect and found there was a leak. Repaired at the end of the same week by a team of three to ensure it was all completed the same day.
Highly recommended.

Top service, the engineer that was sent to us was very helpful and quick to arrive, a superb service that we will highly recommend to others and who we will use again.

I had a blocked surface water drain at the rear of my house. I contacted rescue Rod who managed to fit in a visit on the same day. A very professional service determined that this drain did not flow into the normal drains but fed a soak-away and even its position underground was determined which was very helpful.

An efficient service. The office staff are responsive and Steve the driver is always helpful and friendly.
