not only did my order come a month and a half late after I paid for express shipping but it was wrong. I got duplicates of two conches and did not receive my daith. Do not order from this company lest you will be SCAMMED.

i ordered and it took one month to arrive, they did not update me. I had to email them 5 times to just get some updates and information about the package. After it finally arrived, the order is not even the correct one

I decided to order from rera as I had seen May videos of their ear jewellery and liked the look of it. I placed my order the 2nd of march and kept trying to contact them about my order but never got a response. They finally arrived on the 30th march. However I have now been sent the wrong jewellery, it should have been 4 angel wings, 2 facing one way and the other 2 facing the other way however, I’ve received 3 which face the same way. I went to a piercer to have the jewellery changed too so I have also wasted money on that as the jewellery is wrong

Unfortunately I purchased an order from this company and for weeks I haven’t had any updates until I emailed them. I had an email back few days later to say sorry for delay but no outcome.
I’m still waiting and it’s been just over a month so I asked for a refund but still no response again.

i was introduced to them through videos and since they had a lot of likes and followers that they were safe , but NOPE . not only did i never recieve it , they dropship 30x the price off aliexpress . im worried that they might do something with my card info . the reason why they have barely any comments at all is because they delete all the ones exposing them !!!!

if i could give a zero i would. they are a scam company. take money, dont deliver, dont answer emails. disgusting humans

Placed my earring order Oct 4 for Halloween. It’s now Dec 16 and nothing has show up. Sent many emails and all they say it it’s enroute. Can’t cancel and can’t refund. Finally, left a comment on their instagram and Nov 13 and at first got msg that they are looking into my case. Dec 4 got a msg that a refund will be issued. It’s now Dec 16 and still nothing. Poor customer service and unreliable company.

My order arrived within 3 weeks.
The piercings are the worst quality ever.
The advertised flat back turned out to be a BUTTERFLY back??
Just DONT buy there

My Order Never arrived. I wrote an Email to them but they never responded. I also tried their chatbot but its useless. Its been 3 weeks, no package. I couldnt even track it and it was yun express who shouldve delievered it. 36€ Wasted for nothing this website is a scam!

I had a really poor experience with my order. The shipping was delayed several times, and by the time the item was finally sent out, I had already moved houses. I politely requested that the parcel be redirected, as the courier service allows, but my messages were either ignored or met with unhelpful replies such as “can’t be done, track parcel here.”

I eventually had no choice but to divert the parcel to a locker, after which it should have been returned to the sender so I could receive a refund. Instead, after days of chasing for a valid response, I was told: “we can’t process a refund, please collect your parcel.”

I now live extremely far from the previous address and collecting the parcel is not an option. The lack of assistance, refusal to resolve the issue, and dismissive communication has been incredibly disappointing. Genuinely awful service.

Like all the other reviews say, my order took around 4 weeks to come, and I received the wrong thing. My emails are continually fobbed off and I receive a generic response every time. They told me they dispatched a replacement but 8 weeks on I’m still yet to even receive a tracking email. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but realising so many other people have had the same experience I feel disappointed. Don’t bother wasting your money here

I ordered conch piercing jewellery and it turned green after a few days. I emailed with photos for proof and they said they would send out a replacement. The replacement never came so I chased them and then they started talking about sending me a watch?? Months later I have still had no refund or replacement and they continue to fob me off and ignore my emails. I have had to file a chargeback with my bank as they think they can get away with scamming me. Disgusting company that just resells other peoples shit quality jewellery.

They’re fake ‼️‼️ Don’t fall for their stupid tiktok videos. I ordered the Gold star trail helix and first of all it took 4 weeks to even get to me (it wasn’t even good quality) and then it was advertised as a flat back but came as a butterfly back. I raised this with the team using their live chat - got aired. then emailed and got aired again lol. They’ll reply and ask for a picture of what you received and say they’ll get back to you but they won’t. Most likely dropshipping.

Also on their website they use fake Trustboxes to show they have good reviews when they haven’t even claimed this trustpilot profile. i had to apply for a chargeback with my bank.

UPDATE 12.8.25 they only responded to my email AFTER my bank contacted them and are now apparently talking to their team about refunding me. bet i won’t get that refund though
