REP Provisions is a direct-to-consumer meat delivery company. We raise grass-fed and grass-finished beef, soy and corn free pork and lamb. We also provide no-soy pasture-raised chicken. All of our animals are free from antibiotic and mRna vaccines. Our farms are chemical free meaning we don't use fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. Our mission is to regenerate America's grasslands and improve ecosystem health by supporting local regenerative farms to build a more resilient and transparent food system. Not very happy
It's been over 7 days since it shipped and I haven't received the ground beef I ordered. Rep told me if it's cool then we can eat it which is not appealing and if warm I have to file a claim with the insurance that I luckily purchased. The meat was very expensive - I should have just bought local.

Hi Jamie, we are so sorry to hear UPS did not deliver your order. It’s just as frustrating for us as it is for you and not an experience we want for our customers. It looks like we did reach out to you yesterday to inform you we heard back from UPS and unfortunately it looks like your order was lost during transit. Since you purchased the package protection when you placed your order, you are fully covered and will either be issued a refund or reshipment. If you will just follow the instructions that were sent to you through the ShipInsure email you were sent when you placed your order, it’s an easy process and you will be fully taken care of. We hate when this happens too and we hope you understand we try our best to get our packages to our customers but unfortunately, it’s out of our control when this happens. Again, we are so sorry. It’s not a common occurrence for our packages to get lost and hope you will give us another chance. Thank you Jamie!

The best meat out there!!!
Not only is the meat sold amazing, but the have the best customer support out there. Greatly appreciate that they have the 90/10 grass fed and grass finished ground beef. That is some of the hardest to find out there and knowing that this is better than anything I can get at any store.

UPS wasn’t able to deliver my order
UPS wasn’t able to deliver in my gated community since I wasn’t home at the time. Usually they have a device to open the gate. I will need a refund and I also would like to discontinue my subscription.

For future reference, you can create a personal account with UPS to leave special delivery instructions for the driver such as a gate code to come through your gate. REP is Awesome
REP is an awesome company. Their products are all great, their customer service is truly customer service. I have never bought any product that wasn't good. I can tell the difference if I get meat from someone else...REP has in my opinion, the best tasting meat, beefsticks...everything ! They are wonderful to deal with ...I am a customer for life !

Meat taste great but vacuum seal sucks atleast has of the burger is always ripped open need to use thicker vacuum seal or pack it in the box better

Hi Dustin, thank you very much for your feedback. We’re so happy to know you’ve been pleased with the meat and very sorry to hear you have had issues with the packaging. We realize this does happen from time to time and I’m very sorry about that. Inside your box we placed a paper called “Good Things to Know”. The issue you had is one of them listed on that paper. During the shipping process, our boxes can take quite a beating. The frozen meat moves around, especially as the dry ice starts to dissipate. The packaging can become very hard and brittle at times due to the extreme cold temperatures inside the box and with the extreme movement of the boxes, the packages rub against each other which can cause micro holes, tears or damage to occur. We do carefully examine each package before placing into a box and would never place a package that has any damage or a broken seal inside the box. This only happens during transit. We don’t like it when this happens either but it’s extremely hard to ship frozen products with the amount of abuse the box goes through before it reaches the customer. The only resolution we have come up with is changing to a thicker plastic. But more plastic goes against our values and additionally it would raise the cost of our meat. Again, we’re very sorry about that Dustin! Please know how much we appreciate you and your support!! We are super grateful! 🙏🏻😊

Worth the cost
I love REP Provisions for so many reasons. The meat I've gotten from them is so good, they are trustworthy and their customer service is excellent. Beef prices are sky-high everywhere but I think my subscription box is fairly priced for how much I get in it and the good quality of the meat. (I've only gotten beef from them.)
