I'm an indie artist just getting started within the past 6 months. I came across RepostExchange and I think it's a fantastic service. I really like the convenience of the tools and the community they've built. I've appreciated all of the positive feedback I've gotten on my tracks from other artists. It feels validating that other artists appreciate my creations and I've also enjoyed rating and providing feedback for others. I also really like how this pairs well with SoundCloud and it's convenience of updating tracks. I can readily take feedback from other artists, refine my composition/mix/master and get more feedback on it the very next day. I wish this kind of service and community was also available for Spotify!

Its a nice community-based way to grow your audience and give your Tracks a push.

Good experiences overall. This is a great way to get and give feedback, get your music into people's ears, and have a listen to the musical creations of others.

Repostexchange is a great service for getting your music out there to be listened too. As well as getting to meet fellow artists. It is a very helpful tool, and I am thankful you guys exist. It's nice to be able to get real input from other artists and even being able to find some who are willing to collaborate. It can be expensive, but I feel like it is money well spent if you add credits. Too bad Spotify, Amazon Music or Apple doesn't have something like this as well. Yes, there are places like Playlister but then you have to worry about your music getting hit up by bot plays which can get you removed quickly from everything. With Repostexchange I don't feel like I take that risk. One less thing to worry about.

What Repost Exchange does really well, which Soundcloud does really badly is give smaller, first time producers honest feedback... and repost so that they get more of a following.

NO CAP AT ALL STRAIGHT LEGIT! REAL PEOPLE , REAL STREAMS , GOOD TOOL FA SHO.. DONT BE CHEAP THO COME WITH A BUDGET IF U WANT RESULTS ! Only been using for like a month and been getting thousands of new streams

Packages are expensive and not worth the money, and they try and dictate what you can or cannot do on your own soundcloud.

Overall I think it is a fantastic tool for musicians to engage with each others work, from leaving small comments to the "feedback" tool, which allows for some more in depth analysis of one another's work. So it's very helpful in regards to the sharing process of music.
One thing that I saw someone mention was the lack of access to other platforms through repostexchange, as I feel it is necessary (unfortunately) to reach out to all streaming platforms, and most importantly to get music onto playlists. Some kind of feature that included this would go a long way in my opinion

I think RepostExchange is a fantastic tool to grow your fan base and market your music within the Soundcloud universe, especially for home studios and amateur musicians. It would be nice to have less restrictions on comments so people would get more honest opinions of their music. It would also be cool to be able to submit tracks to play lists on other platforms like Spotify. I do not like how Soundcloud takes 20% and then owns full distribution rights to ur music if you choose to monetize through the Soundcloud platform. I understand everyone's trying to make a buck and run a business but, pay for plays + annual subscription fee + 20% and distribution rights to monetize...not much left for the musician. Well it least repost is fun and you can meet other cool artists and collaborate.

A lot (most?) of the likes are from fellow musicians, but you know what? This app enable listeners to like your song, comment and anonymously grade my songs. Just to get a hint of the appreciation they have of my songs is worth the shot!

Écouter ou reposter des compositions musicales de nombreux artistes (que l'on dit apprécié hypocritement juste et uniquement) pour obtenir des crédits, afin ensuite de faire écouter ses propres compositions à tous les artistes afin qu'ils gagnent eux-mêmes ces mêmes crédits pour refaire une campagne...
C'est le nombril du monde qui s'écoute en permanence, en pensant que le monde les écoute... Ce qui est faux.
C'est bien tordu oui je l'admets, et en plus on peut payer pour obtenir des crédits et racketter les crédits des autres pendant leur campagne.
Du temps perdu sauf pour les narcissiques.

RepostExchange is the best tool to grow your SoundCloud. It's a great way to introduce yourself and your music to a great community of like minded and musically diverse people.

Repost Exchange is definitely a useful platform to help artists grow their Soundcloud page. I only gave it four stars because it's a little expensive to buy the credits that are needed to run campaigns, because you don't get very many reposts for the amount of credits you buy. Aside from that, you can build up credits for free by reposting other artist's music, but you have to repost a lot for not very many credits, because again, it takes A LOT of credits to run a worthwhile campaign. Bottom line though, the platform does work. It's a good way to network with like-minded people and discover new music while promoting your own.
