Always helpful and honest with product advice

What can I say? This has to be one of the most helpful companies I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I ordered a part for my machine and received confirmation and a Royal Mail tracking number the same day. When the item didn’t arrive I contacted the company to let them know. Julie promised to look into it for me and after contacting Royal Mail called me back to say that she couldn’t find anything out. She then promised to send me out another part and by lunchtime the same day had sent me out another one. This arrived at 10am the next day enabling me to complete my job. Bearing in mind this was not a huge amount of money, the fact that it was delt with in such a professional way was exceptional ! Julie is a credit to the company and I will definitely be using again.

Julie and Rob are lovely to deal with. The products are great, technical advice is there when you need it most, I mean when you are on the clock and pressure is on... communication is fast and concise and intelligible just so the newbies can understand also what's going on and what needs to happen and what you should see and what you shouldn't see or do. Ask either of them for advice, they'll be more than happy to help you. Highly recommend.

Very helpful company. I was looking for a new machine to upgrade on the one I had been using, I contacted Julie at Repolished and she gave me excellent advice on which one would be best for me, Order placed and the machine was delivered overnight, thanks again for the help.
