It was very helpful, easy to find the right part I was looking for, and it arrived in a very timely manner.

Quick delivery!

Dryer lint screen arrived quickly and was exact replacement. Very satisfied with the service.

Parts i needed to fix my clothes dryer arrived way quicker than Amazon or eBay. Also the parts (heater core, fuse and sensor)fit perfectly on my 20 year old whirlpool stack.

I researched the part and found what I needed. It was ordered and shipped out promptly and arrived in good condition.

My experience was not good. I called to cancel this order almost immediately. I ordered the wrong part. It was shipped to me anyway. I didn’t open the box and sent it back to your company yesterday. Then I could not get the right company to talk to about the situation. I will not order from you again.

I bought two lightbulbs listed on the invoice as W10565137 which is a 3.8W bulb. What arrived were W113338583 which is a 5W bulb. I've sent an email To Repair Parts Inc / Air Filter Factory about the problem and had no response other than this request for a review. (If I could give 0 stars or negative stars, I would. That will change if I get a response to my email. I hope I do.)

This part was priced well. Shipment was just a few days. And so far it's working well!

Part worked perfectly!! Speedy delivery. Shipped same day!! Ty..Kuddos

We ordered an ice maker. Easy to find the correct part and it was shipped fast! Would definitely use this site again if needed.

I humbly apologize for confusing Repairpartsinc.com with RepairClinic.com. REPAIRPARTSINC.COM sent my package quickly. They are very courteous and professional even when dealing with someone who mistakenly left a rotten review.

The order process was easy and the quick shipping made it even better. Thank you for a great transaction.

Product was not a replacement for my model refrigerator despite the fact that your website said it does. Not even close.

I haven’t received my part that I asked them to tell me and still I haven’t received or heard from again

I had an appliance man working on my refrigerator and ordered the part I needed. After two months of excuses and supply chain issues. I order the part from Repair Parts. A week later I had my part.

I purchased a new igniter for a gas oven. This was the first time I had replaced or purchased an internal part for my gas range. The part was easy to identify and install. I had called the customer service line just to double check I had a good understanding of the installation for the replacement igniter. The representative was very knowledgeable and kind.
