Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. The phone looks brand new again after having both front and back glass replaced on my iPhone X. A lot of companies in contacted wouldn’t repair as glass seems to more difficult to replace. Kirsty was great and helped answer all the questions I threw at her. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had my phone screen repaired and when I first received it back it had been mistakenly fitted with a lesser quality screen. When I brought this to their attention they gave me a full repair free of charge, with excellent and personal customer service. Would recommend!

Embarrassingly the 2nd time of using…
Embarrassingly the 2nd time of using but at least I kept the brilliant packaging from the last rapid repair. The 2nd repair was every bit as good. I've added a screen protector as soon as it arrived 🤞
I'd have purchased and have fitted one from these guys if they did it!

Took a little longer due to phone not being one of the newer / popular models but communication great and can't fault the repair

Fastest, cheapest and reliable.
I will admit I was skeptical about sending my phone in the post, but my phone was repaired within rapid time, much cheaper than other companies or the manufacturer and got it back the next day.
I could say that they don't really give you too many progress updates, but for a couple days turn around, you can't complain.
I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone that breaks their screen.
