Renuvenate Anmeldelser

I had a pregnancy massage with Claudia on Saturday and it was AMAZING. The most relaxed I’ve felt in months, so much so I fell asleep! She was really knowledgeable and seemed like she knew exactly what she was doing, and she kept checking the pressure which I really appreciated. Will definitely back next month for another one.

Thank you so much Mehdi, really appreciate the whole holistic approach to said assessment, treatment and recommendation re: rehabilitation to full wellbeing. We look forward to our next appointment.

Kind regards

I saw Medhi mid Aug 23. I had specific issues due to sitting too much while working. Hip problems. He has explained the issue and given me exercises to do , so much more wholistic approach than a traditional massage. I would recommend

Had a lovely pregnancy massage at Renuvenate last week. The environment was very relaxing and my masseuse was professional and caring. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great pregnancy massage yesterday with Claudia. She is so lovely and really looked after me and my 30 week bump. The pressure was perfect and I came out feeling totally relaxed. Will definitely be back before I give birth and would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent treatments available and the staff are very friendly and informative.

Had my first massage here, my shoulders and neck feel so much lighter. Pressure was good and Mehdi made sure to keep checking in with me. Will definitely be coming back.

I had a massage with Josh today. He was fantastic he located my knots straight away relieving my pain instantly. It was the best deep tissue massage I have had. Josh was very polite informative and made me feel comfortable I would highly recommend Josh

The service provided was amazing and took place in time. Was given good hospitality whilst waiting for my appointment.

Mehdi, Thank you for your expert advice and for making me comfortable having not had treatments in the past. I felt more so at ease because Mehdi had educated me with the ins and outs, I felt informed. I will be back for sure!

I recently had the privilege of receiving treatment from an exceptional physiotherapist, and I cannot speak highly enough about their expertise, professionalism, and genuine care. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in good hands.

Mehdi displayed an impressive depth of knowledge and understanding of my condition - he was even able to tell me which side I crossed my legs (which I do subconsciously). He took the time to thoroughly assess my situation, listening attentively to my concerns and addressing each one with utmost attention and care. He was even able to explain complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand which I truly appreciate.

His experience was evident as he guided me through exercises and techniques that targeted my problem areas, providing clear instructions and constant encouragement along the way, whilst still being attentive to my pain points and not allowing me to overdo it.

Not only was the physiotherapist (Mehdi) highly knowledgeable and skilled, but the owner (Tobi) was also friendly, efficient, and accommodating, creating a pleasant and organised experience from start (literally from scheduling the session) to finish.

Thanks to Mehdi's exceptional care, my condition has improved significantly after just one session. His treatment approach was not only focused on short-term relief but also emphasized long-term wellness and prevention. I truly appreciate the education and guidance he provided, equipping me with the tools and knowledge to maintain my progress beyond the clinic.

If you are seeking a clinic that goes above and beyond to provide top-notch care, I wholeheartedly recommend Renuvenate. My experience with them was nothing short of exceptional, truly a 5-star experience and I am grateful for the positive impact they have had on my health and well-being.

Five stars all the way!

I had a deep tissue massage with Mehdi. The massage was amazing, Mehdi knew exactly which muscles to target that were causing pain and worked right into them. Will definitely be returning, thanks Mehdi!

I had a very good experience with Mehdi who really knows his stuff. And takes time to get you fully back to yourself again.

Great service with professionals passionate about what they do who take real care of what's best for the client. Very welcoming and relaxed place.

Great service, I was a bit confused coming in because of the previous physios but everything was explained to me properly and I gained more knowledge about my injury.

Great service, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
