We were impressed as they managed to work outside of the box
We were impressed. We are not conventional renters as we are retired, have no rental history & our income does not come in monthly pay slips, but with a bit of liaising via email we provided all the information required. Our rental was approved!

Simple and quick process

A bit impersonal for a very invasive check.
I was not given the results of my check. This is still our data and as the subject I would have expected to be cc'd into the report being shared. The process was easy but very vague and lacked a lot of clarity of the stages that you are at. Although you can see ticks and ques it really feels like you do not have control of the data and exactly what it is that is being checked. Being cc'd into every email to people regarding your application would be great as well as being made aware once the agent has the report and a copy being given to you too. It makes the process very stressful but being made to feel more involved would ease this.

Quick and easy
Quick and easy. The best part is that there was no pushed advertisement as with traditional agencies which do this work.

Mixed
Liked: quick responses;
Disliked: pursued avenues for (i) my qualification for affordability (ii) my husband's right to rent when it was obvious that we would not qualify. This wasted time and caused additional stress and tasks for us.
