Renthia looks amazing at the first glance.
Unfortunately, I am having a horrible experience with the customer service, and with the main service that renthia should execute flawlessly, which is the communication with the potential landlord.
I have applied for a flat and after a few days (it was holiday time, so I needed to wait at least 5 days, which is understandable) my application got accepted. I received a notification "preparing contract..." in my application on my profile. I was very happy thinking that the landlord wants to rent out the flat to me, since the contract is already in preparation stage. I stopped looking for other flats, because the flat was really the one I was looking for.
Unfortunately, after a few days of waiting, I still didn't get any update about the contract. I thought it is maybe normal it takes a while, but I e-mailed the customer service, asking how long it usually takes to prepare a lease. I received a reply that the application got accepted by renthia, but that they are waiting for the confirmation of the landlord. Confirmation of what? The contract? My application? There was no specification of that. I waited for another couple of days. After that, I sent another e-mail to the customer service, and received an automatic reply that it is a holiday time so it might last longer to get a reply (it was already after 10th of January...).
At some point, I have tried to call someone to speak and get a clarification about my application process. I only found one number online, which appeared to be the CEO's number. He was really surprised I found his number online. As I explained my problem, he explained that he checked my correspondency with the customer service and that I have received a reply to my queries. I have clearly specified that the information "preparing contract" is misleading, if not false. There is no contract yet, as the landlord hasn't replied to any of the three text messages and e-mails that the renthia service has sent to her / him.
I really don't understand why it is not possible to call the landlord and ask him to decide which tenant he / she chooses, to be able to assure fast and efficient communication between the tenant and the landlord. I would expect that if people are hired to facilitate communication of two parties, they should not impede it. In fact, I would have probably gotten a faster reply if this application would be on some other website, where it is possible to write to the landlord directly. At least, if I haven't gotten any reply, I would have simply applied to other places.
By applying for a flat through renthia, I have waisted 2 weeks of my precious time, waiting for "preparation of the contract", whereas I could have continued looking for another flat somewhere else. Which leaves me with one week left to the moving date, without a place to stay.
Maybe the landlord will reply, maybe not... hopefully, he / she will. There is still a chance that I get this flat. But I am already disappointed by the customer service that is being paid for doing a very bad job.
EDIT: after more than 2 weeks of waiting, I finally got a reply that the landlord would prefer a tenant that wants to rent his place for more than 6 months. I have applied for 4 months. In this case, the landlord has changed his preferences. I understand it is not the responsibility of renthia. But here we are again: if the communication between the landlord and the tenant was better, these kinds of things would be sorted out very quickly, saving everyone's time.

Renthia has been my lifesaver for looking an apartment in Stockholm.
It's hard living abroad and they made my transition really easy. You don't need to look to the other side, just visit the website Renthia.com, click the location and set the date. You don't need to visit the place because Renthia will always give a good standard home towards their customer. Just be sure though that's what you like since everything will be shown through pictures and video :)

Incredible! It seemed so good to be true, I only truly believed it after settling in in my new place. In less than one day, I signed in, applied, got approved, and digitally signed the housing contract for the whole remainder of my sabbathical year. Everything ran much more quickly and smoothly than I could have ever wished or expected! Thank you!

Jag är mycket nöjd med Renthias service. Hanteringen är väldigt professionell.
My experience couldn't have been better thus far. I found several apartments that suited my needs, applied to two of them and just one day later I have a signed contract. The support team and the person who arranged my contract have been very quick resolving any question I had.
I still don't know how the move in process is, as my rent starts in a couple of weeks. I'll try to update this comment in due time.
UPDATE: the move in process was smooth and easy. Two days before I received the instructions in my inbox. I had no troubles getting the key and moving into the appartment. There were some (little) damages in the appartment, which I have reported. I have been told they won't charge me for these.
The space is just like in the pictures and I have all I might ever need.
Two negative notes: 1) the mattres is not so confortable. It is very thin and it's almost like sleeping over the wooden frame. 2) The balcony was covered in pieces of glass, which means the cleaning outside was not that thorough. This is an important issue, as I could have been harmed, but when I reported it along with the other damages this went unnoticed.

I've had a recent experience with Renthia who made sure that my reallocation from Macedonia to Stockholm was the smoothest experience one can hope to receive when moving to a foreign country, especially to one like Sweden and in particular Stockholm in which the housing hunt can turn into a nightmare. I cannot express how satisfied I am with how the entire process went from beginning to end. It literally took minutes, from the moment I submitted my application for one of the apartments they had listed, to the moment I got contacted by a representative of Renthia to walk me through the entire process. Needless to say, they were readily available and offered their support and answered all the questions I had relating to the application. I would also like to single out Markus, who made sure I had arrived and settled in the apartment soon after the arrival. Very thoughtful and much appreciated.
I recommended the agency to all of my colleagues, since there are lots of expats working for the company and I am sure many will come forward in the future and treat themselves with a really amazing experience.
Keep up the great job. I am sure the success will come knocking big at your door as it has already.

At the website the apartment seemed nice and perfect, once I arrived and after a week I found out that the apartment was under construction, I have already spent a month since I moved in, were some days I have spent it with no water, others with construction workers inside my apartment, some other with no windows since they are changing them, they have not stop construction at the moment and no solution from Renthia has come after almost one month. I still get charge the same amount of rent for a construction site; it is important to mention that non of this was in the apartment site once I sign the contract.
So far I do not recommend it at all.

Very efficient way of working and trustworthy. You get all the needed information You need (photos and videos) and once approved (this does not take more than 1 day usually) you can sign the contract remotely, in no time. They also work during the weekend. 5 star from me.

Sometimes I needed to follow up more than once before I am able to get an answer from the landlord through Renthia. Usually Renthia is fast to respond, but the landlord isn't always as fast.

I applied for an apartment via renthia, and 2 weeks later my application was still on the status "pending approval". There was no transparency why it is on pending approval for so long, even though the apartment was already available for rent. I cancelled the application now as nothing seemed to happen at all.

My experience with Renthia is quite positive as a tennant. Both the contract sign and check-in were perfect and smooth. The email support is also quite responsive.
