Misleading information about insurance

Although we had an initial problem with the car because the clutch was failing, they were incredibly helpful, responded immediately, and did everything they could to fix it. In fact, they even brought us a new car to where we were. We are very grateful and highly recommend them.

Alquilé el coche en el Aeropuerto de Tirana. Un Renault Space automático. La atención del que nos atendió fue correcta, pero olvidó decirnos todas las cosas que no funcionaban en el coche. Aparte de dárnoslo sin gasolina, solo lo justo para llegar a la gasolinera del aeropuerto. Los problemas fueron los siguientes:
Chip en parabrisas
Ruido pastillas freno
Ventana copiloto no funciona
Portón trasero sólo abre con empujón inicial
Se paró el coche marcando avería y con testigo rojo 2 veces. Una de ellas tardamos media hora en arrancar.
Aire acondicionado enfría muy poco.
Muchos ruidos al levantar ventanas posteriores
Cortina parasol rota
Parasol conductor descolgado

Al reclamar cuando devolvimos el vehículo nos dijeron que “perdón” y adiós.

This was not as described. The rental was not with a ‘local’ it was a rental car company pretending to be an individual.

The collection was not where it was detailed.

The person (3 separate people to contact to pick up the car) were rude and unhelpful.

They did not have the specific car that I selected.

The car was filthy and stunk of smoke.

Terrible experience and I will never use this again. Better off to rent directly with a reputable company!

The website was a good way to get into contact with local small rental orgs. The calculation of the price per day can be improved to include all costs. But overall the experience felt very safe and reliable.

We received the vehicle we ordered. Very low mileage, in perfect condition. The handover was efficient and the owner even dropped us of at our accommodation about 1 km away after we handed the vehicle back. Great personal service from a smaller supplier.

L auto è a pochi metri dall' areoporto quindi è stata utile questa cosa ,il propietario del noleggio è stato disponibile e chiaro in tutte le regole ,macchina puntale e pulita ,nessun problema per la riconsegna e cauzione restituita subito,ci siamo trovati molto bene esperienza che rifaremo

Super expérience, remise des clés simples et efficaces (à l’aller et au retour), le propriétaire était serviable et à disposition pour des horaires hors services (on a remis la voiture à 3h du matin). Et point ++, peu cher face à la concurrence !!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’expérience avec rent from locals. Ils ont été bien disponible pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous avons réceptionnés la voiture à l’aéroport de Tirana et nous l’avons rendu à Saranda. Tout s’est bien passé. La caution peut être donné en espèces et est peu élevée. Ils sont très sérieux.
