I was very impressed with the work…
I was very impressed with the work carried out in my loft, the 2 guys that come were very nice. Totally respected the property covered everything before starting and have done a fabulous job. I can’t tell you how much warmer my loft is now, totally would recommend them 100%.

Loft installation
Came on time very polite. Explained what he was going to do, worked very hard in a small confined space, showed us pictures before and after. and cleaned up when he had finished very pleased with the work done would recommend them

Excellent Service
Highly recommended. Martin who came to inspect was friendly, knowledgeable and NOT pushy like so many sales people. The chap that insulated the loft was pleasant, quick with no mess and no fuss. My loft is so much warmer. An all round good experience.

The company rep visited my home and explained what his company could offer me by way of replacing my loft insulation. He was well informed and polite and I would certainly recommend using this company for insulation.

I was a little pressured.
I was a little pressured by the surveyor but I did tell him about this and when I had made up my mind everything went smoothly. The men who did the work were very tidy and worked quickly, it was not a bad experience and the house does seem warmer.

Highly Recommended Easy 5*****
Just would like to say how happy we are after having our loft insulated . After having two other companies come explain the Benefits and give us quotes . We are so happy we chose Renewable Heat Partnership. Not only was their quote very reasonable but they gave us the quote and gave us time to decide if it was right for us. No pressure unlike the others.
We are amazed how warm our home is now with a fully insulated loft space .

Very quick turnaround
Very quick turnaround. Surveyor and men doing the actual job were very pleasant, hardworking and polite. They arrived on time, got on with the job and completed it at the given time. They also cleaned up after and left everything neat and tidy. 10/10

FAR too much Sales pressure
Their initial approach via a local subcontractor was civil and polite, however there was then extreme pressur eapplied to get the work underway ASAP~ "Installers in your local area now", and "time limited discounts" etc etc - believe that if you will! (The manufacturer's 'local' spraying subcontractors were actually based on the otherside of London, and their own Supply Depot was a further 30 miles away!!!!)
The 2 spraying contractors worked very hard and cleanly, leaving a clean-looking spray job under the roof in under 1 day, and we were Impressed with them. We were NOT however impressed with 'RHP' who appeared to have been working out of a small office in the Midlands, and who were oppressively applying too much pressure, and we would certainly NOT recommend them for that reason.

Really pleased you are happy with the speed, efficiency and cleanliness of the installation team and happy with the end result.
So sorry you felt the pressure. I don’t understand why as by law you have a 14 day cooling off period and did not have to move forward with the installation.
I am confused about the various locations you mention-we do not have a Midlands office. Our Head Office is in East Yorkshire and our installation teams are based all over the UK.
Your installation was on the 25th October and your review on the 2nd December, perhaps you should have called between these two dates as I could have at least pointed you in the right direction re: locations and refreshed your memory regarding timescales.
Finally, you are the only person to leave us a one-star review. We all work very hard in providing an excellent service here and feel the one-star review is not justified at all- particularly as you are overall happy with the installation.

The team who carried out the installation were hardworking, very polite and respectful of our home. There were a couple of things which needed tidying up after the foam had 'settled' and these were dealt with quickly, without any problem.

Received a survey from Paul (I believe) who's Family came from Uganda. Very pleasant and knowledgeable person.
He recommended we had the roof insulated which we had done by an excellent team of operators.

An enjoyable appointment with Martin Loran
Martin Loran from RHP visited me to assess my house. Martin turned out to have an excellent understanding and knowledge of insulation and renewable systems in general. He was also a delight to talk to being very cheerful and easy to discuss things with. He was very straightforward and I felt under no pressure to commit myself to anything. As it happened there was nothing that could be done to improve my situation substantially - my house being already EPC rated as A/B. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit.

From initial survey to completion of job everything went like clockwork. The insulation team knew what they were doing, laying dust-sheets down everywhere the pipe went, doing the spraying and cleaning-up after themselves. Great Job!

Air Source Heat Pump installation
Removal of gas boiler and cylinder and installation of Air Source Heat Pump system.
A detailed survey of the house was carried out and it showed that the double glazing, loft insulation and external wall insulation were all up to standard. A couple of the radiators had to be replaced and two additional radiators had to be installed.
The gas boiler was removed from the cupboard on ground floor and the cylinder was removed from the airing cupboard on the first floor.
The Air Source Heat Pump was installed externally on the gable end wall of the house above the flat roof of
the garage.
The cylinders and integral items were all installed in the airing cupboard which was large enough, as there was a lot more equipment than just the old New Air Sorce Heat Pump cylinder.
We were kept well informed about all the work that was carried out throughout and the work was all completed to a good standard.

It was a good experience.
It was a good experience. The guys turned up on time and gave us time to get sorted before they stated. There was limited parking space for them to be outside the house. But, undaunted, the got this sorted without causing problems for our Road users. They then got on with the job and it was finished in no time. Lovely lads or should I say guys.

Installation of foam loft insulation
Rapid completion of job [foam insulation of loft], only marred by breakdown of equipment or vehicle resulting in rearrangment of agreed installation to the following day. Main problem was lack of communication or updates on this breakdown, hence only 4 stars in this review. Once rearranged [for the following day], installation went to plan without any problems. Team [of 2 people] arrived promptly at the agreed time. Careful and competent installation team, completing installation in a couple of hours.
