To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the management of your firm. As a long-term client, I have witnessed a revolving door of property managers. It has become clear that the primary drivers of this turnover are burnout and a lack of support from senior leadership. Most concerning is the tendency for management to "bad mouth" their staff during client interactions. This lack of professional courtesy is not only disrespectful to the employees but reflects poorly on the company's integrity. Even with the recent name change, the presence of the same area management ensures that these cultural issues persist. I no longer have confidence in your ability to manage properties effectively when the internal culture is so fractured.
