I contacted Removery about radiation tattoos on my chest that were unsightly,…embarrassing, black like blackheads. They not only removed them completely, but there was no charge for Breast Cancer Survivors. I had eight sessions that only took minutes and the results were perfect. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful in getting the results I wanted with the help of after care. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone that has tattoos, but can’t speak about large ones that would be a process. Thank you Removery, all your staff, for making this a pleasant experience for me.

I've been going to the San Francisco office in union square for over a year and I LOVE the team there. My experience has been so enjoyable and they're really communicative. So I think it depends on your local place but I've found the process to be really cool

They are so extremely difficult to make or reschedule appointments, things can change when you book two months in advance. I honestly wish I had never gone through them. They never answer the phone or call you back if you leave a message. They don’t reply when you email them. Even though it says you can make bookings online you can’t. You cannot call the stores directly.

Find somewhere else! The company verbally assured me of full removal in under two years for an extremely high price, but every session they lowered my expectations until full removal wasn't possible and minimal progress was being made. On top of that, sessions were inconsistent and sloppy with every technician having their own method and sessions taking months to schedule further extending removal time.

The company refused to give any refund for poor performance, deceptive business practices on desperate people, and services not rendered. Don't do business with them!
