Complete joke, they advertise to work with connector software to easily remove backgrounds of images in seconds however ruined all my photos. After ruining all my websites photos they then told me what I wanted to do wasn’t possible.
But continued to charge me and I was initially told I’d need a big plan due to the amount of images I wanted to remove backgrounds from.
Proceeded to take money for several months and upon requesting cancellation told me I’d lose all credits, even though they advertise them as cumulative and I had paid for them!! Was charged hundreds of dollars for something I didn’t and couldnt even use. Whilst the concept is great the companies approach to resolving issues is dismal and the way they advertise to do all of these things, they in fact don’t is misleading. But most of all, taking peoples money for absolutely no service is unacceptable.

The money back guarantee is misleading and they do not return your money even though you are not satisfy with the outcome. Be careful if you use the desktop app. They can't post edit like web version and if you just want the preview version, be sure to check it properly. I decided to try on web before subscribing for a plan. I subscribed a plan and thinking to bulk processed to remove all images background. 40% of images are not cleaned properly, end up i meed to photoshop each of them one by one. I ask for refund of credit as they charge full priced credit when i only need their 'preview' images as my original images are pretty small. It charged me full priced credit instead of 1/4 of price. I even ask them to keep the 1/4 credit and refund the credits so i can use on my mext project. But they refused. They do not even try to listen and keep their clients. Just kept asking me if i want to cancel my subacription. Totally wasting my money and deeply disappointed.

I'm disappointed, I paid during 2 months and they said the credits were cumulatives If I didn't spend then in a month. Suddenly they cancelled my subscription because I didn't pay for 1 month and I lost the credits. I won't use this tool again it's a shame.

A terrible page, they only know how to get money, with an extremely expensive rate I have spent more than 500 euros on this page and when I have needed help they have only answered me with automatic responses, they are usurers

They TOTALLY LACK ACCOUNTABILITY! Been a subscriber HERE for very long time! This month I have wallet and cards stolen requiring replacement at the same time I guess they tried to process my monthly fee. Rather than send an email notifying me there was an issue, they wiped out all my credits and refuse to fix the very problem they created! THIS is what is called Customer Service? They cannot fix an issue they CREATED? They just simply don't give a crap about THEIR CUSTOMERS, PERIOD AND THE CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO DO THE RIGHT THING!

10/20/2022 - I stand by my complaint. The ONLY email received was sorry to see you go message which they dial to see as inappropriate manner in which to treat long time customers!

Die Bearbeitungen klappen gut, allerdings ist es so, dass wenn man ein Abo hat, die gesammelten, also nicht ausgegebenen Credits, gelöscht werden.
Dann hat man z.B. 100 Bilder Frei, man nutzt aber nur 20. Dann hat man 5x mehr gezahlt, weil man nach Abo-Kündigung alle gesammelten Credits verliert. Bei mir waren es ca. 300 Credits. Das ist echt schade, daher suche ich einen neuen Anbieter!
Was ich sagen muss, der Support ist sehr freundlich.

Idiotas, they are. They want customers to buy and try for free, so they say. But after all my efforts I did not get to download 1 image. They say you can do only one but it's not true, you will not be able to try it. You have to buy first to see what you get. Not a good tactic, it is not a tactic at all, it can not work on anyone. They annoyed me and wasted my time. Get off the net.

It is very useful. I often have to remove the background from an image, and when I search for it, it always pops up. It works well and it is fast and useful.

Not happy all my credits have disappeared I had over 200+ left. Now I'm reading your company does this if you stop subscription. I'd paid for them therefore should still be able to use them. I was planning to reinstate subscription once I'd used all the ones I had left. I'm really not happy this is THEFT!!! After being a loyal customer for quite some time! I simply wanted to use up the 200+ credits I'd built up.

Don't purchase, all your purchased credits Will disappear one day. What kind of business is this??????
