Good service we have used several times
We are a property organisation and also offer removal ease to clients and staff. We have used RemovalSquard several times in the last year and will be using them again this Saturday. They are hard-working and reply to queries quickly too. No complaint from us. Thanks

Worth the extra money over other moving van shark-companies out there !!
Emmanuel was excellent at fitting all of our things in the van, very friendly and helpful.
Especially given that other van moving platform company - rhymes with Compare the Meerkat - who have absolutely zero accountability as a business, had completely and utterly let us down! I strongly advise spending the extra money to avoid being left stranded on your moving day.

The crew was prompt and careful, with the driver and van arriving within the designated time slot. The transportation to the delivery location was efficiently handled, and the service offered a competitive price, making it a convenient alternative to DIY. Where do I start absolutely…
Where do I start absolutely unprofessional turned up at 10.11am when it was booked for 8am all they shifted was a couple of heavy boxes 2 wardrobes and a washing machine and everything else was already taken down stairs by myself and my brother that cost 279 for 3 hrs
Then when everything was loaded up and ready for the new place they said to move my boxes and heavy items up into my new place it would take another 2 hrs so I didn't mind paying it then the bloke Rung me back and said they can do another 1hr for 120 pound only I was taking people back home only to find out that they moved 4 large items my fridge and washing machine and dryer up to the new place and left all bags and boxes down stairs I have carpull tunnel in both hands and tennis elbow in both arms it's taken myself my daughter and the new neighbours to help finish taken everything up stairs only for me to finish bringing everything in by 11pm at night absolutely disgusting Rung the man only yo be told I'm paying by hour not by service and if I wanted the useless blokes to come out it would cost me more I will be taking it further as I might aswell got a van and done it myself 2hrs late and cost me nearly 500 quid just to load up a van and carry a few items in then leave and not say anything 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

Anyone who examines our reviews history would easily recognise the utter lack of veracity in this woman's claims. We are in business to earn a living, and there is simply no way we would turn down a job for which a client is willing to pay for.
The lady Ms MK booked her move online directly on our website, she had 2 options book for a fixed price or hourly, she selected hourly. she never spoke to us prior and simply decided to only book for 3 hrs.
On the morning of the 28th, we informed her that her crew would be about an hour late due to an unexpected delay on a local 7 a.m. job. She had no issues with the delay.
Two highly skilled crew members, who had always received excellent reviews, arrived and began loading her belongings from a location with no elevator (SE9 4AT, 1st floor) to her drop-off point (BR5 4BD, 2nd floor), which was just a 13-minute drive away. She had a substantial amount of heavy and bulky items, including numerous heavy boxes.
Loading her items at the pickup location took 2.5 hours alone. Upon arrival at the drop-off location, which was on the 2nd floor with no elevator, people were still loading and moving out. We had to inform the client that her 3 hours online booking was a massive underestimation.
The crew explained that she needed at least three more hours to move all her items upstairs.
The client called our office and was informed that bringing a full Luton van up to the 2nd floor with no elevator would indeed take roughly the extra three hours, as this was the crew's professional assessment, based on their on-site experience.
The client's response was a firm "NO." She claimed she couldn't afford to pay more than an extra hour's worth of work. She insisted that the crew should only focus on moving the heaviest items that she and her brother couldn't handle themselves, such as heavy and delicate white goods, wardrobes, sofas, etc. We informed her that she had to pay for the extra hour before the crew could continue.
The crew followed her instructions and continued moving the largest and heaviest items, with the assistance of her brother. Meanwhile, the female client, Ms. MK, was nowhere to be found, but her brother was present throughout.
The crew stayed for an extra 1 hour and 12 minutes, successfully moving all the bulky, heavy items upstairs. However, the client still had numerous items left to be taking up. We attempted to call her from the office to inquire about extending the time, but to no avail.
As the crew's time was up and Ms. MK admitted she couldn't afford to pay for any more time, they had to leave. Shortly after the crew departed, Ms. MK called to complain that the crew had not moved all the remaining items, especially some heavy boxes.
We explained that we could ask the crew to return and continue, but her 4 hours payment had been fulfilled and had even overrun by 12 minutes. Given the substantial scope of her job and her significant underestimation of the work involved, she would need to pay for the additional hours required. We were more than willing to complete the work, but she adamantly refused to pay any extra and became quite rude, asserting that the crew should have moved all the items within the initial hour.
We patiently explained that it had taken 2 hours and 30 minutes just to load the items from the 1st floor, and moving a full Luton van to the 2nd floor with no elevator, especially with heavy and bulky items, simply couldn't be accomplished in just one hour. Her rudeness escalated, she told us to F off, and we clarified would be more than willing to return, but we couldn't work for free
1: We did not damage anything
2: We had worked for the time she was only able to pay for
3: They had to move the rest of the items themselves and it took them till 11pm at night we had left by 1:30pm, why did it take them 10 hours? If she did not have crazy amount of items?
Exceptional Service
We received such an amazing service from Carl, Mani and Omar. Carl was fantastic and provided a professional and friendly service, helping us achieve a quick move in under 3 hours. All of the team went above and beyond and were lovely to be around. I can’t recommend Removal Squad highly enough, we look forward to using you again in the future. Thank you!

Excellent and detailed oriented service
I accidentally booked the wrong date, but they were able to find me a driver and helper on the day when I reached out and explained at no extra cost.
Excellent customer service and communication! They respond quickly on WhatsApp.
The movers were respectful and detail oriented, they took care of the fragile items. They checked with me about which room the boxes should go in and were quick and efficient.
I will definitely come back to this company and will recommend it to friends and family.

Amazing experience with moving home with Removal Squad today. Extremely easy to get hold of if you have any questions no matter what time of day. They went above and beyond to change our van to a bigger one at the last minute with kindness and ease. The prices are the most reasonable by far compared to the many quotes given by other removal companies. Our driver and porter were brilliant! Really friendly but also very professional and polite. I will honestly recommend Removal Squad to people I know and if you're reading this please do consider them, you won't regret it!
