Great Experience With My First VA
This was my first experience using a VA service, and RemotelyX has made it a really positive one. They provided several strong candidates quickly, which made finding the right fit easy.
I've now been working with my VA for about a month and couldn't be happier. She's already taken on some important tasks (that I was neglecting), and working with her has been a fantastic experience.
Communication with the RemotelyX team has been smooth and responsive throughout. Overall, a great experience, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable VA.

For Anyone Looking to Hire a Media Buyer
For anyone looking to hire a Media Buyer through RemotelyX here is my experience with them..
In the initial sales call they really hyped up the type of talent they're able to scout, and after asking me questions about what type of candidate we need for this role, they then assured me it would be no problem what so ever, then told me the typical expected salary for this type of position which was well within the budget.
Once we started working together to find the right candidate, immediately they suggested I raise my monthly salary rate by a minimum of $500/month, which i didn't have much of an issue with since it was still within budget
Now came the part where we started to receive a list of potential candidates. They provided me with batches with typically 3 - 5 candidates. I did like that with each one was their resume, personality assessment, and loom video.
Right off the bat, about 80% of the candidates loom videos are just them reading what seems to be a ChatGPT response to a prompt that was likely prompted with the job description.
We had a few interviews, and most of the candidates seemed very under-qualified with little to no experience in the US market, and expressed a lack of hands on knowledge as performance driven media buyers.
We ended up taking a chance with one who we felt was the most qualified candidate (even though he didn't meet 60% of preferred skills and experience on the job description)
But after 2 days, he ended up quitting because he realized he would not be able to have this full-time job and be a full-time student.
So that was immediately a huge issue, because we trusted RemotelyX to vette the candidate before hand and make sure they wouldn't have anything conflicting with this position.
After this we proceeded to try to find a replacement which is when they recommended I raise the minimum starting salary by another $500 - $1,000/month
Just like last time I agreed to do it, in hopes they would provide higher quality candidates. But after a couple more batches, it was clear that what they said they would be able to accomplish by finding the right person for this position, wasn't going to happen. Because we continued to get under qualified candidates, that were not close to standard.
During this process I tried to also manually scout some talent for this role from different sources, and was able to find a Media Buyer to fill this role by my own effort. When I told them this wasn't going to work out, and that we found someone elsewhere. They did not release a full refund (only partial; even though in the first call he mentioned to me that he's so confident they will find someone for me, that if they don't they will refund me. So just keep in mind when they say that, it does not mean full refund.)
Additionally I want to add that we were looking for a media buyer with experience in Meta, TikTok, GHL, and Copywriting. And the 2 media buyers we tried to hire; but didn't work out, only had experience in 1 or 2 of those. So we had to compromise a lot and even then still not receive anyone capable on taking on this role.

The team assured me if they wouldn't find anyone for me I'd receive a refund, so I did not expect it to be a partial refund. Which is why when they told me it is, I requested just a little more of my investment back to cover my loses, and in return for the good customer service I would leave a positive review. Since they said no, this current review reflects my my experience. And yes, just authorizing a greater refund would have drastically improved the experience overall. But them rejecting that was a good reflection of how my experience was working with the team.
