I am trying to get replacement filters and for some reason they cannot be delivered to my house?? I will try again

Love this jaquizzi spa. Wonderful product. Looks amazing. Easy to East to assemble. Love themes lights.

Heater only worked the first 2 times. Size is great very comfortable and bubbler works amazing! We use for kids to cool off in summer since the heater sucked. Would not buy again.

Terrible customer service our heat pump went out and I tried calling during website posted hours, and they said their hours are Wednesday through Sunday. Called multiple times on Wednesday and Thursday and got put on Music hold only to have the call. Dropped every single time. Wrote an email a week ago with a follow up and no response. The product is decent, but the customer service sucks.

Your customer service stinks. Cant get any questions answered. The customer service person was very rude.
Telephone calls are not answered in a timely fashion.
We received our hot tub but did not get the thermal bundle. We received it later but never received a tracking number. AND then surprise we got the second one. Called and left word and still not call back. We still have no documentation on the extra 2 year warranty we purchased.

Owned it for 3 weeks. Replaced filters and flashing OC. Emailed customer service. No response. Disputed with my credit card company. Would NOT recommend.

We needed extra filters and they arrived very quickly, no wait time.

I’ve contacted this company at least four times over the past two weeks. Out of those four times I haven’t heard a single word from anyone. I ordered this hot tub on April 26th and it was tracked to be here by April 29th and it’s well over that now and I still have not received the product or any contact from the company. Save yourself the time and money and avoid ordering anything from this company.

it's not keeping it's Air cause of my busy schedule i haven't been able to reach out to anyone. So I may be stuck with this purchase that's not working 100%

I liked the size and mobility of the 1-2 person spa, but it’s very difficult to keep the water at the proper levels. (Even with AI.) It’s going to cost me a fortune in chemicals! Hope I can keep up the maintenance!

Nice product thus far in that I just set it up yesterday, so hopefully the hot tub is warm enough for use today. Did not give it 5 stars in that the protective cover bag was ripped in several places upon arrival upon removing from the box. Could have gotten ripped due to the continuous shuffling back and forth throughout the shipping period....Not sure. Will have to tape the bag up sooner or later so that it will not tear further from this point.

So far so good! Delivery was good set up was good works as described. I have the octagon one, looks great. I've seen all the bad reviews and waiting for the heater to stop working or a filter problem but I change and wash the filters regularly, treat with chemicals and test and it seems to be pretty much perfect! There's to hoping! 🤞

Works great and easy to assemble. Instructions (photos) need some work. Very satisfied and love the size.

I have sent 3 messages with no response, this is the message and since this every day we’ve had to air it up 2-3 times a day.
I had to go buy pads to go under the hot tub that costed me $48 because I didn’t receive the pads with my order. Now, we installed this yesterday around 3pm and by 6 pm it had deflated to the point we had to add more air and now we get up and go out there and again it has deflated again and needs to be aired up again. Please let me know what you are going to do about this, we are not happy.

I purchased an underwater light and it did not come with the accessories to install. I cannot use the light without it. I submitted a claim and heard nothing back as of yet.

Easy to install and very pleased with the product

I bought my hot tub on TikTok of all places. It worked great at first, but then it stopped working. Thankfully, Relxtime stepped in and helped right away. They gave me a few options, and when I realized replacing the parts wasn’t something I could do myself, they went above and beyond and sent me a new hot tub.

Their customer service was incredible, and they truly made the whole situation easy. I absolutely love my two-person hot tub. It’s easily one of the best purchases I’ve made.

The communication with customers needs to improve. It took an agent 2 days to get back with me regarding a replacement control panel that has stopped working in under a year. I still have not received and new one or an email stating that it has been shipped. If I had to do it all over again I would not buy this product from relaxtime. Update it was in April of 2026 I last posted and I still have not heard back regarding a replacement hot tub. The hot tub that I purchased with warranty has not been working since February 2026. If you do decide and risk wasting your money just know if it stops working they will not give you your money back or be able to help you fix it. If you get lucky and get them to send you a part it will be a refurbished one and it may or may not work or be of the same color of the hot tub you purchased. I'm only speaking about what I have experienced with this company. I was and am so disappointed I enjoyed it when it worked. Can't be mad at the sales people on tik tok promoted this bad product they are just trying to make some money.
