Very frustrating not being able to talk to a real human. If you have a problem all is communicated thru email which would be ok but the response time is always the next day. Not good! I got so frustrated with this that I just returned the whole unit and will go elsewhere. The heating unit stopped working and they sent us a tube video on how to disassemble and send the heater back. All good if we had the same model they were doing. So upset!!!!

My first hot tub I ordered had a air leak we couldn't locate your company sent me instructions and the label I needed to send it back. You replaced it in a timely manner which was great. The replacement is amazing!!I love your product and the fact that your company stands behind it and makes everything easy is a big plus in the world today. Thank you for this awesome hot tub!!

Our hot tub came pretty quickly. It was easy to put up and get filled and ready to use. It works wonderfully and is very relaxing. I highly recommend this brand of hot tub.

Very easy to set up

My brother loves this! Only thing we that could be better is if the jets were stronger. Not as powerful as the grounded ones but other than that this is a nice size and comes with a cover and water stays warm.

Easy to set up. Seems like a quality item. Easy to operate. Cover fits a little too tight. Some advise...this is only 145 gal of water, use chemicals sparingly. I wish bubbles were not just around the perimeter but dispersed throughout the entire bottom of tub. All in all, pleased with purchase. Great customer service.

The tub was very easy to set up. And it’s very spacious ! We love it !!

easy set up, nice design, heating process to reach temperature took only one day. I like the contained system with pump/heater and the inflation system is quick, which is also contained in the pump design.

The spa was delivered quickly and the quality was as presented

Purchased hot tub on black Friday. Set it up in January, heater stops working in March. I'm still trying to figure out if draining it and looking for a reset switch is realistic . I really enjoyed it for almost 3 months and hopefully all is not lost . Since everything else still works , I may just find and auxiliary heater. If you purchase 1 , I would suggest keeping a real close eye on the filters and listen for any changes in the sound of the heater/pump . It's a very comfortable hot tub nonetheless.

Y'all did a wonderful job my daughter thought it was a fraud but I told her it wasn't and it came to me so that changed her mind haven't had a chance to get in it yet got it set up filled and looking forward for enjoying during the summer

Buy from Costco instead even if it’s a bit more money. You will save yourself the headache and time wasted trying to get a replacement on parts that are defective. I asked for a replacement on something new and all they have done so far is given me the run around. Thumbs down on the customer service - you have none.

I am discouraged , I have talked to a very nice person on the phone 4 times. The inside cover had a major leak . Was told we would get a new one , still waiting , also the hot tub has 2 small pin holes on the outside of tub . Did not notice till tub deflated and water all over. Called no help. Not a happy camper . The heater took 2 days to heat 🥵
