Do not buy from this company. I ordered a ceiling light fitting for my new house. I am trying very hard to buy only from UK companies. On the Relviora website the only address and phone number given are London UK. They also make a big show of saying free delivery within the UK which implies they are also UK based. The light arrived within the stated delivery time (that should have been a warning signal as it was up to 10 business days). The second clear indication that this was not a UK company was that all over the packaging there were airport customs labels and labels in Chinese. On opening the light was very flimsy and cheap looking despite it being almost £200. When my husband looked at the electrical fitting he said it was not compatible with UK standards (he is a trained electrician) and would cause issues with power in a standard UK house. I therefore contacted customer care to request a refund (following their refund process). The first response I received was an offer of a 10% refund on the cost, I could keep the light or a 30% store credit. I refused this and asked for the return address. I then got a second offer of a 20% refund or a 50% store credit. Again I asked for a return address. When I got this it was a warehouse in China and the terms of their refund policy is that the customer pays the refund postage. Even if the address had been recognised by the 5 different couriers I tried, the cost was from £122 to £221! I then contacted my credit card company who advised to tell them they had 15 days to collect the parcel and action a full refund. If they didn't, the CC company would start action. When they received this I got an immediate reply offering a 30% refund or a 100% store credit. My credit card company advised that as they have offered a full refund in the credit note there is nothing they can do. I certainly do not want a credit with them as I will never buy from them again, so I have no option but to take the 30% refund to my credit card, losing over £100. Relviora are pure charletons.

Beware and stay clear of this company.
I have been trying to return 2 ceiling lights that were so cheap looking and falling apart when they arrived after waiting over 3 weeks for them.
I have been getting fobbed off after being given 2 different addresses in China to return them which would cost £89 postage. I have pleaded for my £254 back but now I’m being ignored.
I’m so frustrated to be totally ripped off.
So please don’t make the same mistake.
These people should be prosecuted!!!

Avoid!!
The products delivered are awful. Low quality and far from the pictures shown on the website.
Very poor customer service and full of lies and dirty tricks.
I wanted to return a product after realizing the item doesn't meet quality expectations.
It was impossible to get a local address to return the product despite the fact the legal entity behind the website is based in the UK.
After several emails and back and forth, I contacted my credit card provider to cancel the payment and get the money back.
If I have to share the whole experience with one word: TERRIBLE.

I have been charged import duty on a ceiling light that is not fit for purpose and yet keep getting told duty is due on sending items back
I have not sent it back as I’ve been charged on delivery which is wrong as I did not know where this item was coming from and it was free shipping
Useless is the only word I can say and do not buy anything from this company

This is a really criminal company. I was sent a stupid resin stags head instead of the orange glass ceiling light I paid for. This object was a fraction of the price of the light! Relviora refused to exchange the items. They gave me a 20%!!!! This is fraud!!! They are totally not a trust worthy company. Such a shame. Katrina.

The lamps worked as described, and I'm thrilled with them. I disagree with the negative reviews.

If I could give zero I would, shocking products not fit for purpose bought 3 lights that cost £152 and took months to arrive,when they arrived I have never seen such cheap unusable items in my life, I asked for a return label they refused, offered me a refund of £45 or for me to send back for a cost of £39 to china, absolutely ridiculous. So you have been warned do not buy from this company

Relviora has given me wonderful lamps i really recommend them!

Terrible company! I ordered a light fitting from them which was faulty, they then told me I had to pay €50 euros to send it back to them for me to receive my refund, which would of been £59.99, so not much difference from the cost of sending it back. Customer service was awful and weren’t listening to what I was telling them. Would never use this company again, absolute rubbish

I wish I could give zero. Bought a stag head which was nothing like the picture. The item was faulty and did not fit together. I requested a refund where I was offered a partial refund. I kept declining it and then was told it was €45 to pay for the return! Don't buy from here. Its a scam

Complete scam, £100s spent on ceiling lights which looked really lovely in the photos to waiting for weeks for the product to arrive and decide they were not what was described and wanting to return the item, to Relviora making it very difficult to return to China, do not order from this scam of a company

Wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering from this company. I ordered a rug and when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture online. I contacted the company to initiate a return and - after several emails where I was offered a partial refund or store credit - they told me I’d have to pay to ship the rug back to China in order to get a full refund. The company is registered in the UK and no where on the website does it say that you will have to send item to China to get a refund. I have initiated a dispute with the seller via PayPal and hope to get a refund as this company appears to be in breach of distance selling regulations. Please don’t waste your time/money ordering from this company.

Well clearly the company are buying AI generated positive responses after each negative one to maintain a 3 star rating, so this is probably shouting into the void.

Chalk up another person suckered into the decent website and ok pricing. The weighted breathable blanket was neither of these. Poor quality rubbish from China with missed stitches and cheap fabrics.

Not confident of getting any of the return money back as is reported by other reviewers.

Giving one star because zero is not an option . AVOID - same as others, I thought the prices were a bit on the cheap side but figured would try it.. after reading return policy I knew I would worst case have to pay postage back. Company registration is UK so not the end of the world to return for refund. Quality was indeed terrible and after 6 or so emails with a AI bot offering this refund or that (10% refund but I can keep the item etc) it finally got to return package to China which would cost about £35. Item was a ceiling light that wasn’t even assembled (had to wire all the LEDs yourself) and came with no instructions. Total SCAM do not use. Unfortunately I placed my order before these reviews had been published :(
Update: PayPal dispute found in my favour and I was refunded.

Item was poor quality. Tried to return and they gave me the run around. At the end of several emails they finally agreed to a refund but I had to post to China at my own expense.

SCAM. So wish Id read this first. UK registered company but operating from China. Inferior quality, no mention of china on website marketed to rip off UK customers. To return you have to pay package and given what I’ve read I couldn’t be sure I would receive anything. All admin AI generated. Trading standards/ ombudsman should investigate this is FRAUD.

I ordered £100's worth of wall lights from Relviora about three weeks ago, this was before I checked Trustpilot and found that their business reviews were either a) obviously fake or b) incredibly negative, suggesting the site was a complete scam.

Understandably, I was a little apprehensive about whether my lights were going to arrive and, after nothing for 12 days, I was beginning to give up hope.

BUT, what do you know, 14 days after ordering, the lights have arrived. I also got a same day response from their customer service department, which is commendable.

In reality the construction of the lights is a little cheaper than I'd hoped for and 14 days is pretty atrocious by modern ecommerce standards, but the bottom line is that they did turn up.

So to summarise, Relviora appears to be a legitimate if slightly crummy company and, if it's been a while and you're order still hasn't arrived, all is not lost.

Scammers, I did not receive items and refund. They r keep promising that you will receive within 2-3 days. But never received. I have to go to my credit card company.
