The unit works fine. It relieves most of the pain and helps the movement of the shoulder. It would help if you could use it while it’s charging, the battery doesn’t last long with both heat and vibration. It’s not really for a small person, it’s not as snug asI would like.10/05/24

Took a while to get my support brace, ordered the 30t of Sept my first day to use was Oct 1. Well worth the wait after getting familiar with my brace the first time I used it my shoulder felt a lot better, I use it 3 times a day for a couple of minutes longer than 15 minutes.Wonderful results better each time. I've had this shoulder condition several years so I was desperate Im77 years old and now my shoulder feels so much better and I have only been using the brace for a few days. So happy can't believe the results are so good and getting better all the time. Totally recommend it to anyone having pain in their shoulder

Buyer beware! They claim they have a 90 day money back guarantee if you're not completely satisfied. I bought this for my husband after he recently injured his shoulder. He did not find it was helping his pain due to the placement of the vibration pads. I requested a refund and they told me I have to ship the product back to China and pay for shipping and duty charges and once they inspect it they will decide if I get my money back. On their website it says nothing about this. I was going to order a similar shoulder harness on Amazon and I should have because I wouldn't be paying the shipping costs to return it. Plus it doesn't say the product comes from China to begin with. I thought it was shipped from the United States. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

After trying physical therapy and multiple treatments, this shoulder device was the only thing that gave me consistent relief. I can finally move without constant pain.

I have had my should brace for about a month now and it has REALLY helped with the stiffness in my shoulder. I use it daily because I am a huge Pickleball player. It has helped tremendously. I have to admit, I was hesitant in ordering this product due to my skepticism. I am very pleased. The only complaint I had is that it took too long to receive. For some reason it got hung up in the mail.

The fit is great, I haven't been able to us it as much as I would like but it works well. Thank you.

That device is actually very well made and works very well! It does help my shoulder with the vibration and the heat which and relaxes the shoulder muscles. The only complaint that I have is that delivery was way too long.

The heating vibration massage shoulder pad does exactly what I thought it would. The only thing I’m not happy with is the fact that the battery doesn’t stay charged as long as I expected.

I have shoulder issues in both shoulders and this device. I was kind of skeptical about getting it however, after using it for a couple days, I have noticed significant change in my pain is less on both shoulders.

Add more vibrator unit (2) more would be great.
