Reliable Skip Anmeldelser

Easy on line booking system together with competitive pricing and timely delivery and collection made this a streesfree experience. Will definitely use them again.

Very easy to book. I had to change delivery and collection date few times which was handled very efficiently. The customer service over the phone is very professional and helpful. I spoke to Katie.
Most of all it's reassuring that there is a human on other side of the phone 😁

Easy to book, smooth process, timely pickup.

Very easy to book, great communication. Arrived on time and taken away on time. It could not have been any easier. Will definitely book again the next time I need one (which is very soon!!).

Excellent service - simple online booking process and a great price. Pushing back our collection date was handled very efficiently. Very pleased all round and would definitely use Reliable Skips again.

Booked via reliable skip, it was an easy process with great communication throughout, easy to extend the hire.
Also saved money booking through them, same size skip direct was more expensive. win win.

Absolutely brilliant fast reliable and the driver from chambers was really friendly! Come at a good price would recommend to anyone!

Delivered on time positioned perfectly. After filling made contact a a firm commitment made to collect next working day. All rules regarding what could be disposed explained clearly.

Great experience. Questions asked via email quickly, skip arrived on time and was picked up on time. Driver even said to pop old slabs down to protect driveway and put them back in on pick up. Would recommend and use again!

Very happy with the service, skip arrived and was collected as requested and the team were very accommodating with requested changes … highly recommended

Excellent service. Skip arrived on time and was also collected in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Really simple to book a skip online and a good price. Received confirmation via email and text of my order. Courtesy call on the day of arrival to check all was good to go and check how I wanted it placed. Was collected on the desired date with no problems followed by a friendly text to see that all was to our satisfaction. While there were no issues, if there had been I feel that they would have been dealt with through their good communication and customer service skills. Will definitely use again in the future if needed!

Very efficient

Excellent all around, have used them 3 times now. The drivers are lovely and take care placing the skip where it's needed safely, customer services have been really helpful dealing with my questions and checking that things have gone smoothly. Would highly recommend. Price is cheaper than others I've found and have quick turnaround on availability.

Very happy.
Delivered as requested. Picked up as requested. Excellent communication
Both drivers friendly.
Couldn't ask for more.
Thanks

First time using this company for a skip. Arrived on the day requested and was collected on the day requested. No issues and I was kept informed throughout with a confirmation text to say my skip would be collected.

First time ever needing to hire a skip. Smooth drop off and collection, friendly drivers, didn't have any issues. Would definitely recommend.

Great service dropped off and picked up in good time. No issues.

Be cautious using Reliable Skip Hire if your project timeline may change. I paid an additional £180 via a payment link they sent me to secure a two‑week extension. Despite taking the payment, and without informing me that the extension wasn’t guaranteed, their subcontractor arrived and removed the skip on the very day the extension was supposed to begin, leaving my project stranded.

When I raised this, Operations Director Paul Bennet acknowledged the subcontractor error and confirmed in writing that the £180 would be refunded immediately, and that I would need to book a new skip. This has left me at least £54 out of pocket, which they refused to refund or discount against a new hire.

I followed up asking them to reconsider, given they had acknowledged the error, but I’ve had no response. On top of that, the £180 refund never appeared in my account, so I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank. I’m now having to pay an additional £234 for a completely new skip just to keep my project moving.

Unprofessional handling, poor communication, and a failure to resolve an issue they admitted was their mistake. Based on my experience, I would avoid.
