Very happy with the service. Issue was quickly identified and a new pressure tank installed within 24 hours of my call. Simple job turned into a big one, but this was to avoid further issues and Wayne explained everything very clearly. Thank you!

No Heating
Speedy resolve to the problem of Central Heating radiators not working. Problem was the motorized valve was stuck. This was explained and demonstrated in detail to me.This is the second time I have used this company and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Professional, quality work, timely
Wayne was professional, polite and kept me updated throughout the repair process. He showed me what the problem was and fixed as much as possible with the parts available. He also advised me on what parts would be needed to resolve the next part of the problem. He performed the repairs with minimum mess and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely contact Reliable Ultra again for help with plumbing works. Thank you for a reliable and honest repair job.

Boiler service and a new three port valve. Wayne is polite, explains what he is going to do before doing it and advise me against some unneccasary (and costly) work that I didn't really need.

10/10 - best plumber around!
Wayne was fantastic from the moment he answered the phone, cannot recommend highly enough. He gave me advice immediately over the phone and kept me updated regarding the time of his arrival. As soon as he arrived at the house, he made me feel 100% comfortable and at ease (female at home alone). He talked me through what he was doing and showed me how he was fixing it. He offered to take a video of the work if I didn't want to go up into the loft which was extremely considerate. Wayne was polite and friendly throughout and the time he spent fixing the leak flew by. 10/10 - thanks again Wayne!
