the advertised product shows a solid three degree object (jack russell sleeping inside wings) on a persons hand but what I recieved was a flat piece of plastic with a picture of same printed on it, absolute rubbish, a total con. something trading standards should look into.

Don't be fooled by those lovely looking decorations. They are just a picture in plastic. Total rubbish, I would begrudge paying £1 never mind £14 after packaging.
Avoid, don't waste your money.
I sent them a message about my disappointment, I got sorry, please send a photo of the "damage". I sent back not damaged, just shite.

Utter rubbish! Cheap, overpriced, tiny little key ring. They refused to refund, and don’t accept returns. Do not waste your money buying anything from them. Awful!!

I’ve been conned. The piece of plastic rubbish is nothing like the advertised image of a Sleeping Angel. This company shouldn’t be allowed to operate.

I ordered one style, but had a different style delivered, and I have never from the beginning, been able to contact seller, WHY? Google says I am being refused (blocked) They should know, they tried for 46 hours on my behalf unsucessfully.

If there was a 0 I would score that absolute shambles ordered over a week ago still waiting £18 which from reviews sounds like it’s going to be a waste of money .
Surely should put on advert it comes from China . Absolutely shocking ni chance of a refund !!

I was very skeptical at first when I couldn't get a reply. Then a few days I got an email stating my tracking for my order. I checked for a few days and it just kept saying my order was being processed for shipping. So I forgot it and figured I was taken for a ride. Then today my order was delivered and it was exactly what I ordered a beautiful steel embossed 3D emblem. So I have say I was very happy.

What a total waste of money. I ordered a keyring of a black labrador in Angel wings(as a momento) for a relative who had lost both his wife, and then recently his black lab dog, to cancer. It has just arrived. Looks like a cutout from a magazine that has been badly glued and set in resin. The shape has been roughly cut leaving sharp edges and. on one side, the top of the dog's head has been cut flat. Pity I can't post a photo of it with my review. I would have happily paid more for something that vaguely resembled what was advertised. Never again will I purchase on line from a company I am unfamiliar with.

It's a pitty I can't give a minus 0 for this company.

Absolute rubbish. Paid nearly 27 euro's for a keychain of a black labrador with wings (in memory of my lost dog). It looked like a 3d carved model.

After receiving it in 2 weeks (paid an additional 8,75 for speed shipping out of CHINA) it was an acrylic small piece of shit with a simple selfadhesive small picture not even 1.5 inches large.

Did some research on Relaxpact; seems to be owned by the Balkan Finance Investment Group (BALFIN Group), founded in 1993 in Vienna by Samir Mane (from Albania).

Shipments are done by PDN Express with 4 hubs in Russia, 1 in the US, in South America and Africa.

Total ripp-off. Don't buy anything here. You'll loose your money for nothing.

Complete and utter garbage item bore no resemblance to the item purchased just cheap nasty plastic should not be allowed to trade rubbish like this.

I gave a 1 star rating because I couldn't give a 0 star. Do not by this rubbish, 2 flat pieces of plastic stuck together with a picture of a dog inside. Looks like it was done by a 2year old. They don't give full refunds either, it took about 3 weeks to get some money off them. Once again DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH

What a load of rubbish. The picture on the website showed a 3d picture of a sleeping greyhound in angel wings. The reality was a flat piece of plastic with a barely recognisable picture of a dog on it. Cheap and nasty. Having waited ages for delivery, I was so angry to receive this that it went straight in the bin. £17 wasted. I wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews before I fell for this. Do not use this company.

Ordered 3 dog keyrings. Quality was amateur at best.

Unfortunately you cant give 0 star rating or I would. Ordered 2 x Border Collie Keyrings as my beloved per had died (very young) The order showed only 1 plus 1 Doberman keyring. I immediately emailed and cancelled the order. They waited 2 days to reply AFTER they sent the order. They now want me to pay for tracked shipping to Hong Kong plus a further $7.99 admin fee to return and item i already cancelled. I've now been told I can keep the order and have not only 10% of the cost back but a voucher code for 20% off my next order LIKE IM EVER GOING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM. I've done a charge back with my bank as this is VERY dodgy practice and I have told them to arrange collection of the order

Ordered an engraved compass two months ago. I have not received it and have been unable to get a refund. This company doesn't want to know once they've got your money. Avoid buying from these people, they are scammers.

Utter scam. They advertise a 3D carving of a dog with Angel wings wrapped around it. You get a cheap piece of plastic with a blurred photo of a dog. Not worth more than a couple of pence. Do not buy ftim this company
