The course is so well planned and structured. There has clearly been a lot of research, experience, reflection, joy and individuality as a basis to the course. It is practical, easy to follow and you can easily go back to reflect or replay aspects of the course

its great how all the steps lead to a holistic offer that brings hope and effective strategies to families

The products also look very relevant and engaging and will be an excellent support for running classes.

The company rules reflect an ethical, caring and fun place to belong to.

Just did an online workshop on Manifestation and Positive Thinking. Such an uplifting experience. Nobody taught us this stuff at school when we were little. We have to teach this wonderful stuff to children. So grateful this wonderful training is available. All schools should have a Relax Kids coach - it would be life-changing.

Just finishing my on-line training for relaxed kids. As a teacher I had experienced the programme with my class and the amazing coach Paula. Now retired I feel it is something that I would like to persue.
I have really loved the training andnow have a true feeling for this wonderful programme. I have seen how it has provided skills for many children to help them regulate themselves and educate them in how to relax and breath. Looking forward to delivering now.

This is an amazing, inspirational company who have such a lot to offer. I’ve just completed my online training which was clear, supportive and highly informative. As a teacher it has been fabulous to be able to do this training during my school summer holiday at my own pace. Highly recommend Relax Kids and I can’t wait to get started a coach and spread the magic!

As a SEN classroom assistant and wanting to improve me knowledge in supporting children with their mental health, and emotional health and well being, this training has been such a valuable source. The training was easy to follow, clear and packed full of guidance. Each step was talked over thoroughly. I especially loved learning about the different parts of the brain and how to teach children the different parts on their level of understanding. I can't wait to get started on my lessons, and teaching the children all about how to be calm and confident and to give them the toolkit they need to support them through life as a child and onto adulthood. Thanks for the amazing training marneta, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Finished Relax Kids training online. Loved the flexibility able to complete alongside work and family commitments. Have learnt so much and been inspired by the coaches who have shared so many useful tips and their own personal journey. I love the 'relaxed' style of presentation too . I am excited to now start planning my own sessions.

Learning the Baby Mindful has been wonderful. All the resources needed, a good training format with the right mix of discussion, training videos and practical. Despite being fully online, it was interactive and a good pace packed with lots of information on a variety of topics!

Marneta gave us plenty of quiet time on this Zoom course with microphones muted to do the tasks for adults. Very very relaxing. I had fun and can begin to see the great benefits to the warm up tasks for getting the creative artistic juices flowing. Thankyou Marneta. I’ll give more thought to the training you offer.

My children have spoken so highly of their Relaxed Kids sessions at their primary school and nursery, and even my four year old proudly told me that he knows what to do when he's worried or angry (walked me through steps of taking calming breaths, he knows to also talk to trusted adult etc).
I also did a creativity workshop myself (Unlock Your Creativity) and it was wonderful, very positive and freeing and I'm very grateful indeed for a lovely creative hour to myself! Highly recommended!
