I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
My account was closed, yet I was incorrectly charged for invoices that should never have been collected. After contacting support, the company admitted that the charges were caused by a system error and confirmed in writing that no further action was required from my side.
I was then informed that my refund had already been processed and that I should receive it within 5–7 business days. After that period passed and no refund arrived, I contacted support again, only to be told that the refund had never been sent to my card because of another system error.
I then had to provide my bank details multiple times, despite already having sent all the requested information.
The issue is not just the initial mistake—errors happen. The real problem is the poor handling of the refund, contradictory information from different support agents, and the unnecessary delays in returning money that was taken in error.
Very disappointing experience.
