Invoice payment issue

I had booked a Regus workspace through the myspaceworks.com portal for use on 11/18 & 11/29. At this time I had provided a credit card payment to hold the booking. The specific workspace was the Regus workspace at the WTT Tower in Noida, India. At the time of my check-in at the office I was informed that the credit card machine was down and only eWallet payments would be accepted. I ended up having a family member pay for the booking using their eWallet. I was told a payment confirmation receipt would be sent and which I never received though the workspace admin for Regus WTT Noida did email me indicating they had received payment. Upon my return back to the US I logged into the myspacesworks.com portal and noticed there were 2 invoices indicating that they were unpaid. I emailed the same admin on 12/9 and was informed by him that payment was in fact received and that a ticket has been raised for the payment allocation as there was a system glitch due to which the payment was not getting allocated. I also emailed the workspace assigned to my company (Codal) -150 Alhambra Circle, 10th Floor Coral Gables, FL and who indicated to allow for a few more days for this to be corrected. It is now 23 business days/5 weeks since I used the workspace at WTT Noida and post-payments and the invoicesd are still indicating that they are unpaid. I have not received any responses from Regus / myspacesworks.com around a final closure to this issue.

Updated review on 1/12/26: Adjusted this from 1 stars to 2 stars as the payment has finally been acknowledged and handled post-escalation to others beyond the local Noida WTT Regus, assigned home office, and Spaceworks customer service. 2 months of back and forth to settle this is not a great experience and there needs to be better focus spent on improving co-working experience across all locations including accepting of credit card payments (method in which the reservations are made) and resolving payment matters within a week vs. months (irrespective of where or how the concern is raised).

Regus carries a Regus carries a strong global reputation BUT? strong global…

Regus carries a strong global reputation for premium office spaces, but the reality at this center is far from that promise. The infrastructure is below par, poorly maintained, and simply does not reflect the standards one expects from a brand like Regus.

The management has clearly overlooked critical aspects of facility upkeep, and this negligence shows in the overall working environment. It is disappointing to see such a mismatch between the brand’s name and the actual experience.

In fact, several companies I personally recommended to this location rejected it outright after seeing the condition of the premises. Unless serious attention is given to infrastructure improvement and maintenance, this center will continue to undermine Regus’s reputation.
