Ok, I've written some more on my review. Provide another review for organization, grammar and include they have nothing in their cancellation policy about coworking spaces.

I am disappointed to be in a position where I feel it’s necessary to leave a review. We signed up for a plan that included a virtual office with services such as call answering and forwarding, mail handling, etc. We joined in the middle of the month, but unfortunately, we never received access or a welcome package. Regus claimed they provided everything needed, but that was not the case.

We spent several weeks going back and forth via multiple emails and phone calls, trying to resolve the issue. Suddenly, our plan was canceled, which was a relief since we were no longer being charged. However, we were never notified that the cancellation had occurred. When I followed up to request a refund, I was informed that since mail forwarding services are available for six months after cancellation, they do not feel we are entitled to any refund.

While we had online access to the Regus account, none of the plan information was in our account. Any benefit we tried to use was not available. Subsequent phone calls were made to Regus where they assured they would get their IT to get it figured out. I never heard back. Upon checkin in the middle or so of June I found we no longer had an active account which is strange considering they had a month to month membership going and you had to cancel in the account or in

I recommend exploring other coworking or virtual workspace providers.

Update: This company continues to make this worse. They say all the services were active. What they leave out is they were not accessible. This was a virtual office which means our services were virtual. We virtually could not access any of our features and therefore could not receive any of the benefits. While we were still trying to figure this out, our account was canceled.

They offered to reactivate my account today, over 3 months after we were arbitrarily canceled. I’m not sure they understand how things such as local SEO can be affected by this. If we list a location in Google it takes time to get the profile set up and verified, with focus on verification. You have to prove your address. We had an address verification card sent there and we could never see that it was or was not received. They canceled our account without our knowledge which I’m now learning was an IT glitch. You’re telling me you know there was a glitch that canceled our account but can’t understand that the same IT issue may have been also keeping me from accessing the service? It implausible to us. While I appreciate the reply, you’ve lost our trust.

Very disappointed that the reception area has been closed off to receive visitors. This is one of the selling points that we liked in selecting Regus. Now we are stuck here for another year and we will NOT be renewing our lease next year if this new protocol is not changed.

I love booking with Regus! The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. The offices are clean and organized, my clients always complement the locations I am at. Hands down the best way to have multiple locations around town without breaking the bank or signing leases in different locations.
