Don't rent here

take so long time to get back the deposit .....i end my agreement on 31 Oct 2025, until today still not get back my deposit ......
it's best not to rent this place

Outstanding show in the system when ?? The time I request for the deposit is on 27 Nov, also is Regus staff tech me how to do. On 27 Nov, i not see any outstanding Inv in my acct.

Now only tell me i dont pay my outstanding inv, said the inv date is 19 Nov ??? R u kidding me ?

Very Simple, u said i hv outstanding inv not yet, just dedect from my deposit and refund me the balance. I wont pay any single sen again. That all .....dont keep wasting my time

Hi Wei,
I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointing experience.
We fully understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly but please note that retainers are refunded once all invoices have been paid and the account is showing a clear balance.
As your account shows unpaid invoices dating back to November, part of the retainer will be offset so that the remaining balance can be refunded to you.

It has been 3 weeks since the last…

It has been 2 weeks since the last reply from regus and till now yet to receive my retainer(My contract ended on 30TH NOV 2023). Please beware on this retainer requirement from regus if anyone of you wanted to get a lease from them. What is taking them so long and seem like such a difficult process? The reasons that they gave was too absurd that sometime i felt that such organisation need to be penalise by the relevant authority!

Hi Andrew, we understand how important your return of retainer is and our standard timeline has not been met on this occasion. For this, we deeply apologise.
Due to an unforeseen issue with your payment, it will have to be rerun which has caused this delay.
Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. Once we reprocess your refund you will receive a correspondence letting you know that the payment was processed successfully.

First of all, YOUR last email correspondence with me was 3 weeks ago and there was no further update on the progress. Another point that you need to take note is that i posted here for review is alert the public to beware of Regus bad practice and stay prudent before engaging business with Regus.
