Regus - Colorado, Littleton - Kellogg Center Anmeldelser 

I am an existing client, and tried to open a new account for additional services. After asking for assistance in-person on location, I was directed to to the website to complete the signup. Upon first attempt, I realized I did not have all necessary items to set up a separate account. I returned three months later to finalize the setup, only to realize Regus had started charging me from my initial login to there website.

Now that I was ready to begin the new service, I found that Regus was already saying I was $295 in debit. I had been signed up for services that I never intended purchase, and had a series of late fees on top of that. All of this because I didn't receive the help I initially asked for it in-person, when I first inquired about a new account.

I have brought this up to their staff twice now, and have only been ignored. I have sent emails to their corporate and have completed surveys with the same response - they are ignoring me.

I have gone ahead and paid their invoice, while I waited to hear from them - no email, no text, no phone call. Thanks a bunch!

Truly disappointed in their customer service; this 1-star review is well deserved.

We have been a customer of Regus for numerous years (over a decade) and I can tell you that they are one of the worst companies we have ever worked with. They auto renew your agreement with little or no notice. They would also rather rely on predatory contract terms then assist or help their clients situation. They have zero interest in customer / client retention and sole interest is gouging customers until the end of their agreement if you can ever get it to end.

Edit: The unfortunate part is when Businesses like Regus have a well worded response, but actually never follow up.

Edit #2: They finally followed up today, just to say we will consider this in the future, but it won’t help you now. Again, I have no dispute we had an agreement with Regus, that’s really not the issue. It’s more the greed, and lack of service by this company. Read all of the reviews they have not just mine, and you will see a startling resemblance in all of the reviews. They are not concerned with customer service or customer loyalty. They are trying to justify a negative review and are only concerned with THEIR bottom line.

Friendly reception staff and professional office space!

I like the security and accessibility of the facility and office area. The staff, community managers, are very helpful, easy to talk to, and responsive to needs. It is quiet and I can get as much work done as I need to in a relaxed atmosphere.

Always provides a friendly office environment, very much appreciated!
