I have to reply to all the lies that…
I have to reply to all the lies that your company and you are telling.
First of all, the manager never told me before touring that this price is going to be double after I start renting. She never communicated to me that after 5 months of being here, the price will raise to double. She was changing the room price all the time, so do not lie that she communicated this before I signed the contract. Your contract is so vague and nothing is mentioned in there.
Secondly, she told me we only need one retainer and deposit to secure the contract, but the contract I saw had two retainers. I asked my coworker and she said the same thing happened to her. So you lie to get clients and then do whatever you like!
Thirdly, the manager called me to “help” and said we asked for footage, and management said they do not have camera footage and they did not provide us footage! This is so unsafe. You have lots of cameras but either they were deleted or never checked. My coworker called the police because of safety issues, and I was there, because your management never cares about safety. Someone from management even tried to enter her office a couple of times!
That creepy lady who was following me, who is from staff, is living inside the HQ office. My coworker and I used to see her early morning, late night, or midnight. I DO NOT think she is working at 5:45 AM, late nights, or midnight! That lady you think is safe is a drug addict, staring at me and my client without saying hi. She followed me into my office at 5:50 AM! I told management about this multiple times and they tried to brush it off, saying she could be any random person from outside. I even described how she looked and her car model. After talking with my coworker, I mentioned that her name was..., and then they said she is a staff member. If she was okay and safe, why did management brush it off? If she was safe, why didn’t they check the cameras?
There is also a strong weed smell coming from the office on Saturday and Sunday mornings and nights, and on weekday nights!
Also, your manager was lying when she called me to “help.” She said I could pay double to stay longer to find another room. Raising my rent overnight without communication before signing the contract, after 5 months, is not acceptable. She was rude saying I can stay but pay double. What kind of help is that? I am not stupid, so do not blame the economic situation!
For comparison, the store below the office, which is 10 times bigger than my office and is a store I could rent to 10 people, is $1500, and your small office, old and less than 100 sq. ft., is $1225. Please at least do not lie to me. Your company is lying, there is creepy stuff going on there, and I do not recommend anyone rent an office at Santa Clarita HQ.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
We take all concerns seriously and have carefully reviewed the matters raised with your centre manager.
Regarding safety, our review confirmed that the individual referenced was an authorised staff member carrying out assigned duties under supervision. Nevertheless, we have reinforced clear identification and communication procedures to ensure customer feel comfortable and secure at all times.
In relation to rent and billing, you specifically requested a month-to-month agreement at a discounted rate, and as outlined in the terms, the renewal price increase may occur to align with market rates. All applicable fees were clearly communicated to you prior to signing the agreement. As your agreement extended beyond the third month, an additional one-month retainer was applied to meet the two-month retainer requirement for long-term agreements. We explored alternative offices and locations to support you; however, these options were declined.
The office layout and condition were toured and accepted prior to signing, and requested adjustments during occupancy were addressed promptly. We confirm that your office was not affected by any water leakage due to the rain.
We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations, and we remain committed to providing a safe and professional working environment.
Your centre team has already been in contact with you on this matter. Please continue to speak with them if you wish to discuss the alternatives provided.

The representative was very patient and always willing to help with any questions I had. Walked me through the process of setting up my laptop and phone to WiFi, explained all the amenities included in my contract.
Overall great customer service.
