Signed a one month trial
Signed a one month trial. In December to begin trying the service for one month and I was clear I only wanted one month and I was assured that it was no problem. No contract and I could do month to month. 15 days in I receive another bill for the next month and Joe tells me I was supposed to cxl it the first day. So no. I am not happy at all with the service.
Definitely unfortunate.
UPDATE — I communicated with the company and they were very pleasant and understanding. They refunded the extra charge and I’m glad. I look forward to using their services in the future.

Your customer service staff is horrid
Your customer service staff is horrid. They refused to work with us to finalize an acceptable contract, ghosted us, and treated us like dirt. We will never do business with Regus again.
Your staff provided no detail on the specific services we were to receive, or the specific charges for any of those services. Further, your contract fails to outline any detail on services or associated charges. Your contract fails due to vagueness. Your staff refused to ever provide any of those details, despite numerous requests. They also refused to alter the contract to meet our actual needs, despite the vagueness of your contract. When we attempted to discuss and resolve this matter, your staff ghosted us - refused to respond. We were forced to take our business to one of your competitors, and we recommend that anyone considering working with Regus does the same.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
We are confident in our customer service and found no evidence that the local team never “treated you like dirt” or “ghosted” you; this is untrue.
On 24 April you signed a 12-month agreement for a virtual office in one of our centres in California. This is a formal business commitment. I am sorry that you would now like to renegotiate the agreement and demand a lower monthly fee, but this is not possible.
The local team have tried to help and are always available for anything you may need but we will not lower a price you agreed to and were happy with a short time ago based on your continued, and incorrect, complaints on public platforms.
