Terrible Service after we left.

Terrible Service after we left the Birmingham Fort Dunlop office.
Charges for services after we had left and when we challenged this they charged again. 2.5 months later they have still not returned this money. Deposit not returned 1.5 months after deadline. Only option is to raise the concern with the centre staff who raise a ticket, which goes nowhere or raise a ticket through the online portal which is ignored. If you phone, the automated voicemail tells you to try online and then hangs up. Very bad experience.

Avoid at all costs and save your pockets.

I wish I could say this situation has been resolved, but unfortunately, it has only gotten worse. Despite countless efforts to reach an amicable solution, Regus has shown no interest in offering real assistance. All they’ve done is repeat the same excuse over and over: that we must pay an outrageous clean-up fee of nearly £500 for an office that was left in immaculate condition!

We went out of our way and spent extra money to ensure the office was spotless, yet they still insist on charging a fee that’s completely unreasonable. How do they justify spending nearly £500 cleaning a clean office, it is outrageous.

To make matters worse, they’ve been emailing my personal account to try and resolve the issue, even though all previous communication had been through my work email. Naturally, this has caused delays in my responses, as I prioritise work-related emails. It’s clearly a tactic to try and make it seem like they’ve attempted to resolve the situation when in reality, they haven’t.

The lack of meaningful communication and the constant delays are beyond frustrating. Every time we contact them, we’re fobbed off with generic responses and no real effort to settle the issue. It’s obvious they’re more interested in squeezing money out of customers than providing any kind of decent service. There service is clearly reflected in the reviews, showing how they take their clients monies.

If you’re thinking about using Regus, avoid them at all costs! They trap you with hidden fees and offer no support when problems arise. Don’t make the same mistake we did – there are far better, more reliable companies out there.

Hi Abdul, I’m sorry you felt the need to leave another review when we have already explained this to you.
We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. Please understand that the service is not just for cleaning. Telecoms and IT connections are thoroughly tested upon departure and several other essential tasks are necessary when we restore an office space. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order & ready for use and we need to return the space to its original state after you leave. As you are already aware this service is part of your agreement.
We have replied to each of your queries to the email address that you provided when you set up your account; we did not choose this email address.
If you would like to update your personal details you are able to do so by updating your profile in your online account (myregus.com).

Very late payment of deposit and not honour the agreement
