Regochecker Anmeldelser

Got refunded even though it was based on my mistake of not seeing that I was paying for a subscription. Great team thank you

Great service, quick response time and helpful

They are helpful trustworthy and very great customer service and friendly

I recently used Rego Checker and accidentally signed up for a membership while completing a PPSR check. I wasn’t aware that the membership was included, and only realised after I was charged.

As soon as I contacted their customer support and explained the situation, I was met with nothing but understanding, kindness, and professionalism. They resolved the issue quickly and without any fuss, which was greatly appreciated.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely stands by its values and treats customers fairly. Their customer service was excellent, and the entire experience was handled with honesty and respect.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. If you’re considering using Rego Checker, you can feel confident knowing that they genuinely care about their customers and will do the right thing if an issue arises.

Were helpful and listened to my situation. Will be happy to come back when I need this service in future.

Beware! Hidden membership which bills your account $20 after 7 days!
I emailed their support, and have not yet received a refund. 🚩🚩🚩 get your ppsr from the official gov website!

Went ok when buying a vehicle. Did not notice the 7 day trial which most people wont and this is why they offer the 7 day membership. This is like Kogan. Then they charge you for a month. highly unethical. its a scam hidden in what looks like a genuine website

Very good and fast service

Scam. They charge you $20 a week afterwards after intentionally hiding all details about a subscription. You get charged whether or not you sign up. Do not fall for this scummy business.

Very good site and received the right information i needed but the subscription info was confusing for my old brain. When I emailed re the subscription fee taken from my acct you were very helpful and promised to refund the fee to me.

do not enter your credit card details, it is a trap. This is a dodgy service not a one off payment but a subscription and difficult to get out of. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

The team was very understanding and professional

Very prompt reply to my email!
Also resolved my issue very quickly

Fast and cheap service and even provided me courtesy refund after I forgot to unsubscribe

These guys are scammers. They charged my card for a subscription renewal without my knowledge.

Super easy to use and extremely useful when purchasing a car privately. It’s honestly saved me a few times — I found issues like write-offs that weren’t disclosed by sellers, which gave me peace of mind before committing to anything.

The customer service team is also fantastic — really helpful, responsive, and fair when resolving issues. Highly recommend for anyone buying a car!

Absolutely excellent service with great value for customers.

Awesome experience

I mistakenly signed up for a subscription and after emailing customer support, Marnie was very understanding and supportive. She showed me by using screen shots and detailed explanations how I would've signed up. I admitted my overlook of the steps and fine print as I was in a hurry to get to rego check, I also explained that the unknown subscription charges was a shock for me right now given my recent redundancy. Marnie was empathetic and took all this into consideration and granted a refund, which for me has been greatly appreciated. Thank you Marnie.
