Register.lk Anmeldelser

Quick response and very supportive

Their server is extremely slow, and they repeatedly shift the blame onto us for issues clearly on their end. My experience with them has been consistently negative. Even their domain pricing is unreasonably high compared to more cost-effective and reliable alternatives like Namecheap. Frankly, their service is substandard and disappointing.

I've been using Register.lk for hosting and domain services, and I'm truly impressed. Their customer service is top-notch—quick replies, helpful support, and always ready to assist. Reliable uptime and smooth setup make them a great choice. Highly recommended!

Bought a few domains from register.lk and the process was quick and hassle-free. The interface is easy to use, and everything was set up instantly. Great service.
I am satified.

Dear Register.lk Team,

First and foremost, I want to thank you for making the process of acquiring my domain enlearn.lk smooth and hassle-free. The domain registration experience was excellent, and I appreciate the reliability and ease your platform provides in that area.

However, I must express my honest disappointment regarding the hosting service linked with the same domain. As a growing organization striving to maintain a strong and responsive digital presence, I’ve found the hosting performance underwhelming. Issues such as inconsistent uptime, slow loading speeds, and limited support responsiveness have created obstacles that affect our day-to-day operations and credibility.

As someone who believes in the potential of your company, I truly hope you will consider enhancing the hosting infrastructure and customer support to match the excellence of your domain services.

Looking forward to seeing improvements in the near future.
