Rude and ill-mannered responses
"You send us a request on Sunday. Now is Monday morning." If this is how this company treats their potential clients, I am happy to spend more money somewhere else.
After a couple of email exchanges in a not-so-friendly tonality from their part, I was still willing to trust my registration with them due to the very good reviews. I booked the service online and next day wrote en email to clarify a question, when they answered me in this completely stupid manner.
They are definitely the cheapest on the market, but apparently you pay what you get.

After reviewing our communications, we found that most points mentioned in your review do not align with our records, aside from our commitment to offering the best fees in the market.
Between October 17th and October 20th, you reached out to us four times with various inquiries, each of which we addressed promptly. Your last message even concluded with, "Thank you very much for the advice." Notably, some of our responses were sent over the weekend, a rarity in our industry. For instance, you requested a free search on October 18th, and we delivered the report within 49 minutes on Friday evening, well ahead of the standard two-business-day timeline.
Then, on Sunday evening, October 20th, you submitted a request for a paid service, to which we replied at 12:18 on Monday morning—just three hours later, well under the promised 48-hour turnaround. This response included a free portion of the report, along with the invoice for the ordered search and application filing service. No payment or acknowledgement followed, except for this unexpected review.
Additionally, you mentioned a message you found rude and ill-mannered: "You sent us a request on Sunday. Now it is Monday morning." However, the full context reads, "You sent us a request on Sunday. Now it is Monday morning. We are working on your case now and will reply shortly," which was a response to your request on a Sunday evening and subsequent reminder, just a couple hours into the next business day. You ultimately received the report within 3 hours, not the anticipated 48 hours.
If there is anything we may have missed, please let us know; we’ve carefully reviewed all our communications and believe we have been responsive to your needs. We invite you to keep your review publicly visible, as this reply and explanation demonstrate our attentiveness and commitment to clients.
Finally, we wish you success with your trademark registration, which you can now file independently after benefiting from the guidance we provided at no cost.
