Disgrace of a service my order was supposed to be here on the 6th of December an iPad still not ready to collect emailed them 3 times still no response also emailed Wowcher still no response this was a gift for Christmas aswel not happy probably going to have to take them to a small claims court not happy at all

Ordered through wowcher. No iPad came. Terrible, scammers and wowcher should wet such websites!

Absolute nightmare. Ordered a laptop was suppose to be delivered 27th November only just received it today.. Arrived with NO CHARGER OR INSTRUCTIONS absolute disgrace !! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering!! Do not know how this company is still going after reading all the negative reviews !!

I have received both my iPads more than a week after the expected delivery date one came works and right colour the next day the second one came its not charged and it’s ROSE GOLD the wowcher ad says space Grey so why have I revived a rose gold one I mean it’s not the end of the world I can just put cases on but both presents where for boys so it’s a shame.

If I could give minus I would
Waited an untold age for my item to be delivered
I had to raise a case with PayPal and Wowcher
The refurbify customer service
Was nonexistent
Standard replies if I even got them
No tracking
And truly the worst service I have ever ever received
Avoid these like the plague

Paid for an iPad via Wowcher. This should have been delivered by 3rd December. Multiple emails to chase and not one reply. May have to persue with small claims court, totally not acceptable this was a present.

Wish I read the reviews I trusted all would be ok with Wowcher advertising it… unfortunately not

Ordered an iPad through Wowcher 4 weeks ago, item has not been received, no reply from Refurbify after multiple emails sent. And after reading the reviews of people who have received their item, I don’t think I even want the iPads, just want my money back. What a disgusting service. Cowboy company avoid at all costs.

Ipad air i ordered never received any progress updates through wowcher, No email from refurbify to confirm order, absolutely nothing at all. It was like it never happened!!!! I emailed this scamming company on Monday and then again Wednesday with no reply. Contacted wowcher who emailed them yesterday and cc me in and still nothing. The ipad air they are selling apparently (from people who eventually received theirs, not many) say its either faulty or useless as they don't update past 11/12ios anyway. So the tablet is useless. This company are taking people's money not sending any goods and when people complain enough they send a unusable product. Reporting to TS, paid through klarna I can dispute this on the 8th and I will do. Stay very clear from this company and wowcher as all they are doing is telling me to contact refurbify and doing f all else!!!! Delivery was supposed to be 4th but as I said useless if it ever arrived anyway!!!

Order a ipad for my daughter. It should be deliver on 4 Dec but still there is no update from merchant side no replies to my mail. Its a big scam do not trust refurbify hate the service.

Can’t get in touch with refurbify or Wowcher it was meant to be a replacement for my autistic daughter who also has Down syndrome was due delivery on 02/12/2024 and nothing no correspondence from either merchants now I’m panicking that I’ve had no email to say it’s delayed or dispatched I’ve emailed and emailed and no response from refurbify or Wowcher I’ve contacted my bank now as a last resort surely if delayed I’d have some sort of notification but not an email and no phone number to talk to anyone remotely human I won’t order from either again left out of pocket with these companies having my bank details also disgusting to sell something in a well known site to be completely unreachable I’m disappointed and disgusted

A little late with communication and responding to emails but my iPad arrived in pristine condition and I'm super happy!

Ordered ipad via wowcher as a gift. Was due by 17th November. We are now 5th December and still no arrival. I emailed this company 3 times myself and received zero reply. I then seen these reviewed and contacted wowcher instead, they emailed the company and CC me in to chase an update. I was told to wait 72 hours for a reply! Come the 3rd day i emailed to say cancel the order and refund me as i had no reply yet again. Funny enough they then decided to reply that one saying its now on route to royal mail wait 3 days. I have replied to request the tracking number as nothing provided yet again! and look at that, zero reply again. Avoid at all costs, scam of a company. I will be going via my bank this time to request a charge back on the funds

Ordered an iPad air via Wowcher. Item came via my letterbox in an envelope wrapped in 1 measly piece of bubble wrap. When I opened the packaging the iPad had been cracked as it had been delivered via my letterbox, it also took AGES to charge up.

I contacted Refurbify they said they would exchange and i sent the item via recorded delivery almost £6, asking them if they would pay the costs, no reply, i've now sent multiple emails asking them how long it would be to receive my new one and nothing. disgusting service. i'm absolutely fuming. xmas ruined. im contacting my bank for a full refund and investigation via the chargeback scheme....

Paid for this to be speedy delivery by the 27th November atill not had the iPad no response from these or Wowcher this was a Christmas presents for my daughter very angry and upset that they feel it’s ok to take my money and not send the item

I have emailed the company twice trying to chase up iPad ordered which was due to be delivered November 27th. No replies to any emails and now stuck what to do.

I got a voucher from wowcher and this was a good deal for an ipad air. I paid £9.99 for next day delivery and it never came. I emailed refubify twice and never got a reply.

I ended up contacting wowcher on WhatsApp who contacted them. 2 days later it arrived in a cardboard envelope with some bubble wrap round it. This had no recharging lead or plug and the battery was dead.

I had a adapter and lead for it and managed eventually to charge it and it keeps the charge. This was sold as condition A and only has a small scratch on the rear corner that's not very noticeable.

The ipad hadn't been wiped and had a pin code and the last owners details on. It also had find my ipad on which when you wipe the ipad this would have locked it and without the old owners password you can't unlock it.

I was lucky as the pin was a straight forward one and I managed to reset the password on the old owners account. then removed the find my ipad feature and reset the ipad. If I didn't know this I would have had a useless locked ipad.

They just get a positive for the condition of the ipad which might just be luck on my side. Also it maybe luck that the better is still good.

SCAM!! Avoid at all costs.
Bought for my sons Xmas present through wowcher
£69 + £10 delivery for an iPad that came damaged.. not supported by apple.. charging port douse not work.. will not turn on at all!

No contact from them I have tried emailing multiple times with no avail.

Contacting my bank ASAP for the money back and trading standers!!

Ordered 2 iPads they haven’t been delivered by the 27th no response from Wowcher, no tracking from refurbify. No response from refurbify. After reading the the other appalling reviews I am trying to get a full refund asap. These are Christmas presents for my children.
Wowcher are fobbing me telling me to wait for response. I will take this up with trading standards and my bank.
I have been blanked on wowchers Facebook page. This is an absolute joke i just want my money back

Ordered an Apple Watch which arrived about 4 or 5 days later in perfect condition. I did email them yesterday but haven’t heard back yet, doesn’t even matter now because it arrived today!

Sometimes we just need to be patient with small businesses in the Xmas period I think. They must go through so much
