Jury still out until I see any refunds, or otherwise. Registration was straight forward though 👍 (PLUS) Marjorie is my Mum and she's nearly 90 so don't know where they got her details from 🤷‍♂️

Simple to use

Simple to use, but claim is at infancy. A more complete opinion will only be possible once answers start to arrive. I am unaware whether I have a claim or not and await communication to substantiate this, but I definitely had and completed a finance agreement. My overall opinion will be formed on how smoothly and efficiently these answers come, not on any final settlement sum.

Needs a little more for what you have to give a website

Appreciate the survey was kinda quick but still you have to put certain private details in plus your have to ID verification also & you dont get much info on the page your just left on a page nothing saying its complete and well submit your claim who i may be dealing with nothing, & via my emails they do have more information but again they are those no reply emails that your not meant to reply to, what if i wanna ask question i have a generic email that i can email, i feel we should get a claim handlers name at least if i have anything i wanna ask or get a human give me the usual process that we go through or what i may potentially go through.

Refund Club and Sandsford Law take client verification and the secure handling of personal information seriously. ID verification forms part of our process where required and helps us, and the lenders we deal with, verify that we are acting for the correct person.

If you choose Sandsford Law to act for you, our team will manage the complaint directly with the relevant lender and aim to obtain an early indication of the commission model, if any, used on your agreement. We’ll also keep you updated as your claim progresses.
