Refundandgo Anmeldelser 

I had made a hotel booking at a hotel and got RefundandGo insurance with it. Now, due to circumstances, we had to cancel our entire vacation. These were 8 accommodations. I was able to cancel them all and received a refund from 2 insurance policies. However, RefundandGo says that the illness that caused us to cancel is not covered??? What a very bad service!! I won’t fall for this again....

Pessimo. Ho cancellato una prenotazione di un rifugio e hanno tenuto 15% di franchigia. Due mesi per ottenere il rimborso. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Il processo è stato un po’ macchinoso perché mi è stato richiesto un documento relativo al mio intervento medico che inizialmente non avevo a disposizione. Una volta recuperato e inviato, ho dovuto fare anche un sollecito per avere aggiornamenti. Alla fine però la richiesta è stata approvata e il rimborso è arrivato pochi giorni dopo. Nel complesso direi che il servizio ha funzionato bene, anche se i tempi sono stati un po’ più lunghi di quanto dichiarato sul sito.

Pessimi , inqualificabili e falsi .. dopo aver fatto richiesta di rimborso x una notte prenotata xchè nel frattempo il l mio compagno è stato ricoverato e abbiamo dovuto disdire abbiamo ,presentato tutti i documenti richiesti ( e anche tanti ) e alcuni veramente assurdi hanno voluto e opo aver ricevuto altre mille richieste di la qualunque altri documento x procedere con il rimborso se ne escono che devo dimostrare la parentela che secondo loro c'è fra il mio compagno e il medico che ha compilato i certificati di ricovero ecc da loro richiesti .... Insomma hanno cercato qualsiasi cosa x non rimborsare e hanno respinto la richiesta.... incompetenti e assolutamente in mala fede 😡😡😡

Wir haben einen Urlaub in Italien gebucht mit dieser Storno Versicherung. Zwei Wochen vor dem Urlaub musste ich kurzfristig eine Operation vornehmen und konnte den Urlaub nicht wahrnehmen.
Der Versicherung haben wir alle Unterlagen gesendet, aber nie eine Antwort bekommen - schlimmer sls die Mafia..

Mi aggiungo agli altri commenti, purtroppo ho dovuto annullare un soggiorno presso una struttura in convenzione con questa compagnia assicurativa. Ho inoltrato la documentazione sanitaria necessaria e non ho mai più ricevuto alcun riscontro. Ho inviato diverse mail e PEC ma ancora non ho news. Intraprenderò le vie legali

Ho dovuto di recente disdire un viaggio per problemi di salute. Ho chiesto il rimborso dell'anticipo versato. Mi hanno chiesto di fornire della documentazione anche di tipo molto riservato che tuttavia ho prodotto. Nonostante i ritetuti solleciti non ho avuto nessun riscontro sullo stato della mia pratica. Purtroppo hanno solo una mail e nessun numero di telefono per poter parlare con qualcuno. Disperata ho appena inviato una pec. Vediamo cosa succede. Mi hanno chiesto di fornire i dati per il rimborso ma ad oggi 12.7.26 non mi è ancora arrivato nulla

At the end of March, at the start of our trip, it turned out that snow had been forecast near the Fréjus tunnel. Because of this, we adjusted our journey and took the southern route to Italy via Nice. At first, Camping Valdeiva was unable to change our stay period, so we looked for another campsite. Later, Valdeiva wrote that there was a spot available after all, but by then it was too late. The insurance company Refundandgo was supposed to issue a refund. Despite providing all the required information, nothing came of it. Emails to Refundandgo often went unanswered. All in all, it was far from an exemplary experience.

In reaction to your reply the following. On your website it says:

I have been waiting for my refund for more than six weeks and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I was constantly redirected between different companies (Refundandgo, Be Safe Group, MAWDY, and even the hotel where I purchased the insurance). No one takes responsibility, no one provides clear information, and every time I contact them, I receive a different answer.

I submitted all required documents several times, yet I keep being told that something is missing. This is simply unacceptable. A refund process should not take weeks, and customers should not have to chase multiple companies just to receive what they are contractually entitled to.

The amount is 1500 Euros.

Terrible service. What a badly named company. I informed the company about a €300 deposite refund early March for a stay in a campsite in August. We had to cancel the holiday because my 80 year old dad was hospitalised twice consecutively and can no longer travel.
Despite providing all requested documentation, including two letters from my father's surgeon to satisfy their strict criteria, I have received no response.
I contacted the company very early to notify of the cancellation, yet the process is unnecessarily arduous.
My parents are elderly and my father is currently in poor health. The "dispicable" level of bureaucracy and lack of communication from Refundandgo is causing my family significant and unnecessary distress.
Having to "chase" a company daily for a €300 deposit refund is unacceptable. The matter is still not resolved!!

I'm giving one star cause I can't give 0. We cancelled our trip and requested a refund for one hotel night 3 months ago. I'm still waiting for my money and they haven't replied to my messages in the last month. Avoid them if possible.

Ich musste meine Sommerferien wegen eines dringlichen Zwischenfall zuhause abbrechen. Wir haben über das gebuchte Hotel die Reiseabbruchversicherung bei Refundango abgeschlossen. Trotz einreichen der Anfangs geforderten Belege, wurde nach jeder Mailantwort mindestens ein weiteres oder zusätzliches Dokument oder Beleg eingefordert. Nach dem 3. Mail habe ich dann aufgegeben, weil mir klar wurde, dass sie nie eine Rückerstattung in Betracht gezogen haben. Ich empfehle keinem diese Versicherung, reine Geldverschwendung.
