My first order
It arrived super quickly, ths powder itself is amazing, it mixes amazingly and tasts really good too, it's not chalky or grainy like other powders. The prework out taster I got was also really nice too.

This time Onega 3 - Vit D3 - Glucosamine
& Chrondroitin - One Stop Xtreme (chocolate) which is great tasting !.
EAAs pineapple for me this works better, to brighten up my boring water in my shaker & more convenient whilst I train. Helping to fight against any muscle break down with intense training. Heading towards the mile stone of 50 yrs old, I feel this is a must to OPTIMISE training!.

If you have a busy day & miss that meal before the gym, this product is a game changer. Obviously full of quality ingredients/nutrition, a shake fits in my life during my last break in work before I travel to the gym or either to recover when training late. Being a father I can't eat straight away when I arrive home, preferably spending time with my children before bedtime.

Supplements and Protein products I trust
Always fast order processing and good communication. Plus the products are great! Got my husband on to the Magnesium supplements recently and he is noticing the difference, far less cramp when he exercises. I love the whey protein and the clear whey isolate.
