Aggiornamento 31/08: ancora nessun rimborso.
Ho comprato un paio di ricariche onshop da loro e tutto bene, dopodiché mentre stavo facendone una onshop 30€ dal niente mi viene richiesta una verifica d’identità al pagamento e la pagina mi si chiude senza poter verificare, ma nel frattempo i soldi sono stati tolti dalla mia banca. Non mi è arrivata nessuna mail per continuare la verifica o aggiornarmi sullo stato del mio ordine, per cui chiedo o l’invio del codice ricarica alla mia mail dell’ordine andreascardigli998@gmail.. o subito i soldi indietro, così cambierò anche la recensione nel caso

Kein Code bekommen! Anrufen geht nicht , E mail kommt keine Reaktion, und Chat für Hilfe auch mit Handy unmöglich
Ich hatte mir noch kein Profil registriert, jedoch stand man kann ohne auch Steam Guthaben kaufen und Code kommt in Sekunden. Es kam zwar eine Kauf Bestätigung von refilled jedoch ohne den Code, 24 Stunden später noch nix. Ihre Telefonnummer ging keiner ran, und hatte 2x E mail geschrieben. Ihr Hilfe Chat funktioniert ausschließlich nur am Pc, bei Handy kann man Chat Zeile nicht klicken, ist das Absicht? Nicht mal wenn man Bild vergrößert. Jedoch bekam ich über Pc dann in Sekunden mein Geld zurück aber keinen Code, was seltsam ist. Er schrieb es gab Problem bei Code Zuweisung, jedoch kam ja ihr Kauf Bestätigung auch an , raff ich nicht. Würde nie wieder dort bestellen. Eigentlich 0 Sterne.👎

My chat supporter was great its just the way I have to type and send the message in the chat. Its hard for me to select the chat box to type because refilled made it all the way to the bottom that I am not able to select I have to click many times in order to type, plus I can’t see what I am typing.

Non capisco il perché delle recensioni negative.
Ho comprato una gift card Amazon da ben 300€, all'invio del codice di conferma premo troppe volte su "reinvia" e mi blocca il tutto, convinto che la transazione fosse stata annullata con esso, procedo all'acquisto del bene Amazon senza l'escamotage "gift card a rate pagando su PayPal", visto che Amazon ha da poco rimosso il paga in tre rate con PayPal. Tuttavia PayPal mi conferma che la prima rata di 100€ è stata presa. Contatto il servizio clienti, contesto su PayPal, alla fine dopo qualche rallentamento e qualche mail o messaggio per catturare la loro attenzione, dopo due giorni mi riaccreditato le 300€ annullando il finanziamento, sto aspettando che 100€ mi ritornino sul conto corrente, ma sebbene un po' da sollecitare e con poche indicazioni, con lingua quasi solo in inglese, devo dire che sono in buona fede. Non capisco il perché delle recensioni negative.

FRAUD
They have charged me, but I have not received my card yet. I contacted them, and they claimed they have not received the money. I have already reported this company to PayPal and am currently waiting for a resolution and my refund. Do not use this company; it is a scam website. I do not even know how there are any positive reviews for them.

I buy transcash digital card from refilled yesterday 265€ i got the digit code and send it to my girlfriend when she went to cash out the shoopker and agent match the code they find out code is unvalid and it has been used before! Refilled has scummed my money i was in urgent need i buy this transcash its a fraude company both refilled and transcash!
This is 3rd time refilled has sold me out unvalid transcash code. Its my advice to all who buy digital card Transcash digital card is fraude and also transcash sellers are fraude company dont buy any Transcash!
