I was beginning to despair. I was starting to sound like someone at an alcoholics anonymous meeting. Hello. My names Martin and I have a Renault quickshift gearbox. The same reply everywhere I tried. Oh no. Sorry mate thats the one gearbox we dont fix. Even Renault main dealers didnt want to know. Then I heard about Ross at Re Engineered. Amazing. Yes . We know all about the quickshift 6. We have a lot of experience with them. Dont worry. We can sort it out. And from the way he described the possible issues and various fixes I knew he was the guy to take it to.
So I shipped our 27 foot motorhome halfway across the country on the back of a lorry and boy am I glad I did.
Since picking it up we have driven a 2000 mile trip up to and around Scotland and the gearbox has been faultless. Thank you Ross. Thank you Re engineered transmissions. Our motorhome means a very great deal to us and you have saved its life.

I contacted Reengineered Transmissions regarding a noise coming from my DSG gearbox on my Audi. Ross was very communicative from the start, explaining how best to proceed and what the possible problems could be. Once he identified the issue he told me the cost of getting the gearbox off the car, the parts and labour for fixing and reassembly. I am very happy with the work carried out. I had searched for three weeks to find a company to fix a problem with the Quickshift 6 gearbox fitted to my motorhome. Eventually, I spoke to Ross from Reengineered Transmissions who was very reassuring and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

I called them and left my number and they called back with in two hrs, I was looking to get a cost and time for a recon auto box, but after him asking ten plus questions about the problem i was having he said it was my engine and not the gear box!!!! The engine is not producing full power so the gear box was compensating for it. He could of took my money and done the work it didn't need !!!
