Great service from the Clevedon Branch
Everything was explained in good detail about the service we'd get, fees, marketing and more before we signed a contract.
And the team in Clevedon delivered as promised!
First official viewing and we received an acceptable offer. We had our eye on a property to buy but it was taken before we could progress - we told them to let us know if it changed. Well, it did and we also now have the house we wanted from the outset!
Great communication all the way through.

Great, trustworthy estate agents
Have used Reeds Rains Sale twice for house sales. 4 years ago, they sold our 3 bed semi in Sale. COVID times. Around 15 viewings. Excellent price negotiated by Mandy Rothwell. Straightforward sale.
Last November, they marketed my Mother's flat, also in Sale. They have just secured the full asking price.
Very happy with the service and recommend them.

Consider very carefully before choosing…
Consider very carefully before choosing to use this estate agent. Send a Rightmove message (which puts your status as a buyer, address, contact details) and be led a merry-go-round of calls to verify those details. Which the caller is not aware of. Despite them being on the enquiry...
I prefer the more professional, quicker, more efficient method of reading messages, responding, getting things done. Maybe you would prefer an agent who encourages people to view and bid on your property?

Great choice
We went with them because the house we bought was advertised through them and honestly, it was the best decision.
They let us view the house several times, their response time to any questions was super quick, and they gave us a really solid sales strategy. We ended up selling our house in less than a week.
Ella and Madeleine were amazing, always attentive and helpful. We even had one of the viewings done by Phil, the branch director, which really shows how involved and committed the whole team is.
