I ordered 3 times from this company and I am very satisfied, not only with the products but with the customer service which has been stellar. One of my orders was placed over the Christmas holiday and I accidently ordered 2 of the same item. I emailed customer service and expected delays due to the holiday but they corrected my order and issued a credit to my card immediately. Email correspondence was clear, courteous and efficient. I trust this company!

I returned the RedRush 400 using UPS and tracking; I determined it had been received with signature. There was no email sent to confirm receipt. I contacted the company with emails, as their phone number is not to be found anywhere online. Other than the purchase order receipt and some mailing list sales pitches, there was no contact specific to my order. I had returned the item within the 60 day guidelines and followed the return instructions template online. Given the lack of response, I eventually escalated my claim to PayPal. My suggestion for the company: talk to your buyers. They might actually recommend instead of leaving a review like this.
