I asked for a softer elastomer for a bike i hadn't used for a while. The Internet stated Redshift customer services had them. In the meantime, and of them forgetting to send the elastomers,(postage to be paid), i adjusted things myself. I took off the cheap xlc seatpost which is heavier than the standard post, and found it reacted negatively with the redshift bit. Also reduced tyre pressures on the 38 x 700 tyre, standard is 42. I took off the Specialized sport tyre because it has a cheap and slippy central section. I've now ordered another brand of tyre. Yes i suppose some staff there are cliche egotists whom have never worked in a real job therefore they have a casual disrespect;because that's where society is going. The devil's marionettes. Very bad customer services, get back to your porn viewing, synonymous to the mixed up minds. Minus 1 to 5

I can’t remember when I first saw an advert for the ShockStop pro endurance but either way, I didn’t think it would be as good as it was described on their website. After several months of contemplation, I purchased one for my gravel bike. Oh boy was I impressed. Every bike should have one. I love how you can tune it on the fly as well. Best addition to my bike.

The small magnetic plastic mudguard protector on my redshift suspension seat post I bought some 5 years ago got lost. I live in the UK and no dealers are available so I reached out to redshift in the USA to ask for a replacement. They couldn’t have been more helpful. It is a very small but important part of the seatpost. They were happy to send me the part from the USA for free. I only had to pay £4 postage. You could say it was hardly worth Redshift’s trouble to package the part and post it to me - but they did without hesitation. Excellent service from a reputable conpany. Many thanks.

Next level biking components and customer service. I have been using the kitchen sink handlebars, bag, suspension stem and suspension seat post for a few weeks now and it has totally enhanced my gravel/road experience! Comfortable, well designed and total value for money.
